        One word: WOW!

The perfect phone (and I'm not a fan of Samsung!).
No crack. No lack. Solid slide mechanism.
No problem at all with the keypad.
Best audio ever on a mobile. Very loud and clear with the excellent in-earphones.
Memory card of 6GB opens within 3-4 seconds.
Faster and better than a N95 or a N82. Far better.

Got it, Fedex delivered on Monday. I just love the look on people's eyes when they see this beauty. Moving on from my N95 and most of my apps I have managed to install as it is same OS. Somehow the G810 feels more worth it. I have problems with the switching between networks which is easy on the N95 and my E51. On the Samsung you must indicate which access point to use which is annoying. However right now with Garmin mobile navigation and the shear speed of the phone, I am too happy for words. Its all my N95 never was.

I wonder how does the camera performance compare against the Samsung Soul (U900)?

Did anyone bought the final improved retail phone? Did samsung fixed the keypad stiffness and other stuff the guys in review talked about?
Anyway even if nseries are smarter or whatever samsung stiil wins (in my opinion ) the desing fight and always did. And besides i've seen a lot of N series and nokia in general which after 2-3 months looked like they were about to fall apart. I've owned a few Samsung pones and was impressed so i'll stick to samsung even if nokia could fly. But i stiil won't dive head fisrt and buy it with the crapy keypad and dissapointing xeneon flash.

My friends to be honest with u , every company which is the no 1 in its field dont bring anything new or they keep the prices high. So in order to other companies like samsung or sony ericsson to copmete nokia they bring to u a lot of new techs and features in their mobiles with a less price . to hell to nokia , am boying this phone .
another thing, sinse when nokia knows a sssss about the camera and the quality and all that stuff ? at least samsung and sony have their owen high techs of cameras so dont u think that they may know how to make the quality of the camera in the mobile better than nokia ?????????

hmm, jsut wonderin but does anyone ever notice certain key parts wen comparing phones?? in reviews and other comparisons g800 matches n95 and n82 in photos... therefore g810 wud also meet this, plus optical zoom!!!! no one ever seems to say anything bout that... that is a hugely important part and all i keep reading is omg flash n82... wtf?!?
plus along wit having most of da specs n95 has, this phone in my opinion is beyond n95 8gb :D

great review, i would not say this phone is better than N95 8GB, but equal! Both have fantastic camera's and decent Sat Nav (although I really can't see why people dont just buy a Tom-Tom or something, they are about the same price, and much better!

it could given Nokia a run for its money, but they were just far far too late...
plus, i don't really find Samsung as a good multimedia phone company, 'cuz when it comes to stuff like that, better just surrender to the Nokia N-series and they should just stick to making ultra-sheek designs....
this phone seems undercooked in all fronts...
                                      no offense dudes...
