LOL here in Vietnam we get the Exynos version. And the price is quite high, it's just a little less than the Galaxy S21 (base 8GB - 128GB).

I checked price in Dubai ,$850 is coming ,so this price I can buy 1+ 10 pro 12-256 gb variant.. nowadays Samsung price is equal to apple price..

I compare the s21 fe with s20 fe / 4g with Exinos,not with Snapdragon/and I'm a little disapointed about battery,micro sd card slot and no charge connector in the box.OMG,Samsung for that price?! and with comming s22 so soon? and this ugly plastic back...Am I right?

Samsung still wouldn't implement dynamic refresh rate on the S21 FE as a mean to lower its position from the full-fat S21 and upcoming S22 series. Its worse battery life is already expected from the power hungry SD888 and only 4500mah battery.

Make sense that samsung did not included a charger in the box ... I mean if you're fan of Samsung, you definitely have a tons of Samsung charger ...
But it quite nonsense to increase the retail price while keeping everything else the same or less than it predecessor.. Personally I still think s20 FE a better phone overall ... One hit wonder for Fan Edition series.
This like Xiaomi ruined their flagship series ... Mi 10 were almost perfect ... Mi 11 came with less features and 12 come with price hikes..

stinkfist, 16 Jan 2022Im a bit concerned about your review. Not to mention poor b... moreI think this phone is a great litmus test for reviewers because it shows who is too afraid to say anything bad about Samsung (other brands though, it's open season for them, how convenient).
The fact that this phone is named Fan Edition but has absolutely nothing in the spirit of being cut fans is enough to give it a damning review on its own. Imagine a $70,000 Corolla. You would have to give it poor reviews because it is overcharged for what it brings and it claims to be something for a class of people it's not even targeting.

The launch price in my region is €629.99, I think the country in which GSMarena buys has more taxes. That's not Samsung's fault, though.

In China the Xiaomi 12 pro is around the same price (slightly more expensive) but that's because Samsung is a foreign brand not manufactured in China so their are import taxes on it that local brands don't have. I think the Xiaomi 12 pro is a good option in China. In Europe the Xiaomi 12 pro will be significantly more expensive than the S21 fe. Maybe the Xiaomi 12 will be similar. The s21 fe will have the better overall cameras and probably a better screen. The Xiaomi 12 has the newer processor and better symmetrical speakers
