My sister-in-law ... moreThe newer Reno 6Z 5G isn't that impressive either. For a camera oriented phone series, its camera is really not that good. A colleague bought 6Z a few months ago and when we compared same scenario photos from her phone and my Samsung A52 5G (with SD750), she was shocked to see the lack of detail and unnatural colors in photos taken by her 6Z.
She bought it after seeing ads showing the 6Z's supposed good camera. When we both took prices into context, her Reno 6Z 8/128 is only about $50 cheaper than my A52 8/256

I don't really trust OPPO actually.
My sister-in-law bought the Reno 5 and there are some issue with the call / signal / wifi.
She need to go reboot / remove and put in the sim card / factory default setting.
Imagine if you need to do all above once in few weeks.

Cause this phone looks a lot lot lot like Xiaomi 12 apart from camera aligment.
Well, thats what i call "going Apple way" in sentence of "dont change, keep the same design with just some tweaks".

Oppo reno focusing the best (for it's fans) back cover creation and selfies for years. Everybody knew it. That's why it's quite expensive. But display and rear camera is average image quality because it's standart image prosessing. Nothing special. This time reno series using mediatek chipset. A little upgrade from the last series and price too.

Is it so hard to use 120hz display? It's not really hard to implement one, but makes quite a difference compared to 90hz, atleast for me.

Why does Oppo keep releasing the same phone with the Reno series, owr and over again? I mean, essentially the exact same camera setup, nearly identical screen specs, same battery, just shift around the chipsets and put a new paint job on it...
