My phone ran out of power so I recharged and restarted to find nothing the same, Apps were missing and others were in different places .....why was this?

after updating software battery is drain very fast. so i request to samsung company provide correct update in samsung a54 5g and solve battery drain issue.

i purchased this phone in Dec 2023 in Extra showroom,jeddah. after updating the software display is getting line. i checked with samsung FMP store after 5 days they are telling this is hardware issue & not covered under warrenty. cheating........dont buy this phone

A series should have 2 Sim Card slot and a SD card slot (dual com function working concurrently and use a SD card for storage.
Yet, Samsung drop the 3 slots function and do only 2 slots that does not provide a good dual phone and extra storage functions. Such unit has already damage the A series capabilities.
Not longer useful to purchase such phone with 2 slots functions.

A54 is very much expensive but the quality of the camera is very poor and the battery is weak. I have only one month l bought it. I regret😞

Hello, everyone.
I would like to share my thoughts on the A54 after 6 months of use.
Unfortunately, it's time to change my phone because the NVRAM is broken, and the service can't fix it. However, I don't blame Samsung for this, even though it wasn't me who caused it; it was the phone.
As for the exterior, the A54 looks beautiful. The entire phone cover is 10/10, and every detail is aesthetically pleasing. The edges around the screen are a little bigger, but they didn't bother me. The phone never crashed and worked very well (I always used a 120Hz refresh rate).
Regarding the disadvantages, I could give some examples. First, the battery, although great on paper, drained quickly (I don't play games, but my mobile data is always on). I was surprised at how quickly the larger battery, compared to my old Huawei P40 Lite, drained. Additionally, charging with the original Samsung charger that I bought separately (another disadvantage of having to buy a charger) takes about an hour and a half, which is bad because my phone rarely lasted a full day of use (note that I'm an average phone user). The third thing is the fingerprint reader, which is very bad. The cameras are good (both front and rear), which is a significant plus. Also, the screen is very good, and I often watched series on it.

I bought the 128/8 veriant for 359 instead of 450 with black friday andi gotta say. Its a hunderd times better than my previous redmi note 11, the batteru is great. Wayy faster chip and oneui 6 is amazing
