"We are hop... moreDont agree, yellowish/green tint is speciality of LTPO /Dynamic/ AMOLED by Samsung, which is provided for all of other producers /for their flagships/. As I wrote few topics back, I have Super AMOLED in Note9 and a difference is seriously visible, panels in Pixel Pro, S23, Ultra, Oneplus 11... all of them with this f*cking tint. Also try to use these panels for 10 - 20minutes, and look around youself, everything will be yellowish/greenish tint for few minutes.

        I just don't get it. Why people are hating this phone so much!? It's a good phone with a gimmick...

          Green tint is a characteristic of OLED.

            The point is, why spend for something so expensive when it can't even get things right at the bare minimum?

            If it is "just" a phone, then at least get things right. You spend your money in it, why not demand a better experience?

            However it is up to you if you want an imperfect phone with a ~$430 price tag. But pretty sure most people will never agree spending that much for bad experiences.

              Dear CP many thanks for giving such a wonderful mobile phone Nothing 1,am enjoying the black pearl 12GB 256GB it's really a spectacular mobile to the customers you introduced for those who can't afford Apple & Samsung premium phones.

              Please try to add or update DUAL Camera feature in it give another feather in your cap of NOTHING 1

                I overall admire this phone even if it's not necessarily the "dream phone" everyone wanted. I would really only buy this phone for the design alone, not afraid to admit that.

                But that new Meizu 20 Pro tho, now that's something to dream about 😍

                    So,

                    Still costs over 400 bucks
                    Underwhelming performance
                    Underwhelming display
                    Underwhelming speakers
                    Underwhelming battery life
                    Underwhelming software support
                    Decent camera setup
                    Gimmick lights

                    I didn't think it was worth it at all looking at the specs when it launched and clearly that has not changed. Carl Pei sure has become a sad person. :(

                        Lol people disliking this phone because either it's gimmick or it's comparing to other well established midrangers.

                        One thing that Nothing has done better is using a two 50MP cameras. No 8MP ultrawide. No 2MP depth gimmick. No 5MP macros (although this is my go to atm). Only Samsung and Pixels have 12MP in their ultrawides. Photos are fine and some things like night shots really look like night and not overbrigtened sunset.

                        I don't mind the LEDs since notification LED has always been a life saver for me. Although it's at the back it's at least visually interesting and functional. Stock Android with some Nothing customisation is personal preferences.

                        And updates? What are you expecting a midrangers to have updates as long an iPhone? They're not big enough to be pushing updates as long as Samsung or Pixel. Also, don't buy a phone with the expectation of update. You'll be disappointed.

                        Yes there's cons. I've heard a lot bugs and frustration from group pages and Reddits. But you're not expecting everything to be perfect. You get your money's worth. It's just a phone in the end. Nothing special. Nothing wrong.

What I want to write - Samsung Dynamic Amoled 2X panels with Corning Glass Victus is the most eyestrain sh*t which I had and saw. Also with another surface /Flip4 this same/. Wtf is this disgusting yellowish/greenish tint? S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 7 Pro... normal Pixel. And Oneplus 10 Pro, 11... unusable, LTPO green sh*t everywhere.
                          So I take this mid level mysterious device, with ,,old" and ,,sh*tty" super amoled. And I hate 401PPI, its pain to use after 530PPi Note9 with this same super amoled, but it s less pain than Dynamic amoled. Definitely better white colour, looking like white.

                            I see absolutely no reason why someone should hand over their money to Nothing ahead of another midranger such as the Pixel 6a, Galaxy A54 or Galaxy S21 FE.

Xiaomi's and other Chinese companies' place is in budget and midrange segment, up to 500€. Until they fix their glitchy OS full of bloatware, adware and spyware and no update support they have no right to sell in high end segment
