I had a issue with my touch after the use of 6 months. I had given my phone to service center they are telling me that they don't have the parts for display as it's out of stock I already waited for 5 days after that they are telling me to wait for more 10 days. Please don't buy redmi 12 5g as they don't have the parts and they will make u wait for so long. Customer service is very slow please dont go for redmi

what a nonsense phone no stereo speakers in 2023 my old Oppo A57 have stereo speakers, Redmi speakers so poor you need a headphone, don't waste money buying this phone

I am claiming a bounty here ( I need a redmi note 14 pro 😊 ) , with the most reliable tech review site in the world called GSM arena and the one that I love and rely the most upon .I have found a mistake in the literature 😊 somewhere. I have a photo evidence too 😌 , I"m sorry .

I've had 6 Xiaomi phones prior to the Redmi 12, and everyone has been better than the previous one. This phone has changed all that. This phone is terrible. Too many problems to begin talking about. The camera is bad, the light sensor is bad, the keypad keeps disappearing and the sound output is shocking. Love Xiaomi, but not this one.

I bought Redmi 12 5G 8/256 (indian variant) today. And I found a really disappointing thing about the phone. I don't know whether it's only on my phone or everyone facing the problem. The device was not charging while the phone switched off. I checked the charging port & the cable several times. But the problem is on the phone because i noticed it’s started charging when i powered on the phone.

I'm experiencing the sound volume issues while playing YT or others which is not to the maximum... the maximum sound cannot be heard even on the pods in public places with little of traffic noises... can anybody explain with solution?

Last week it is purchased though works smoothly yet my zong app is not responding on this phone. I have reported to Xiaomi several times but got no response at all or get fixed the issue as yet.
