All chinese are slowly shifting do domestic panels to reduce costs, while population blidly thinks it is patrioric reason.

From what I have seen, HDR does still trigger in Leica Authentic mode (albeit less frequently than it does in Leica Vibrant mode) which is quite evident in some of the daylight (e.g. A closeup shot of a leaf) and all low light photos.
The detail rendition in Leica Authentic is simply phenominal and as good as a phone camera could get, although I do wish Xiaomi included an option to correct the vignette as in some scenes you want an even exposure across the frame.

In Finland, the telephone operators no longer accept any new Xiaomi phones or any stuffs from Xiaomi for sale in their selections because Xiaomi finances and supports Russia's war in Ukraine, so Xiaomi is a dead brand in Finland, so Xioam scraps as phones would not interest Finns at all anymore.

Mekus, 05 Oct 2023If an iPhone reaches 80 to 90h endurance, you call it stell... moreHave some common sense, iPhone batteries are mostly below 3,500mAh. 13T Pro has 5,000mAh and it lasts the same as my S23 which has 3,900mAh. 13T Pro has an average battery life at its best.

It is indeed a very good phone. I thought it was just a K60 Ultra with a Leica sticker for doble the money, but I was wrong. I'm glad the Leica partnership lives on after the Huawei days.
It is indeed a great phone, IF you can get past the poor men's iOS vibe of the Android skin.
I know I couldn't.
Back in the days Xiaomi was sucking Apple to the bone, some of their designs were straight up copycats (Mi 8) and their stores had full blown Apple Store layouts & furniture except Xiaomi products. You could also feel that vibe in their MIUI Android skin.
Fast forward 5 years or so and Xiaomi is doing its own thing, they don't do Apple homages anymore. Except for that stupid Android skin. I love Android in its purest form, and I think most android users do. So why would I want my Android OS to looks like iOS ? Nonsense.

It's battery life should be a Con, not a Pro.
Other than that, I would rather buy a pixel 8 for the same price.

2600 nits peak brightness, that turns out to worse than base S23 hahahahaha.
Battery life could be better.
Performance wise Dimensity is pretty good as expected.
The promised 4years of OS updates is very welcome.
The camera is also good.
The plastic frame sucks at this price point.
Not a bad phone overall(and i am not a fan of Miui). The pre order promo with Xiaomi Pad 6 in the UK was great.

Thank you for the informative review.
With the 13 series Xiaomi seems to have fixed a lot of the issues I have with my 12 (Like water resistance, zoom, colour constancy with the camera, etc). Hoping for some better selfie cameras with the 14 series.

If an iPhone reaches 80 to 90h endurance, you call it stellar. When android reaches 100 too 105h endurance, you call it average. Wow. Just close the site.
