For a better recomendation, i would suggest huawei enjoy 60X, xiaomi redmi note 11 or samsung galaxy a23 5g, which has better specs that both of your phone, let a05s alone succumbing.

      Imagine the lag, one software update later. Probably borderline unusable

        I thought that the 64GB version could be a red herring like the 4GB RAM variant of the Galaxy A53 and A54, but it does exist and is sold in (at least) Africa

          Features are useful up to a point on Android while the Kernel version and related software support matter more! Here, Samsung might be better than others. Like, Netflix’s Dolby Vision Android supported phones list is quite sparse and largely filled with devices stuck on older versions of Android making the feature unusable in a relatively short time period.

              For many people it might also matter that buying Samsung doesn't support warmongering regime.
              P30 is also past its security updates.

              But most of all, point 1. I had P30 and it was nice little device, but going everywhere with powerbank on me just wasn't worth it.

                Redmi note 11 has same chipset with UFS 2.2 storage..
                But A05s has slow storage still A05s outperform redmi note 11.
                That's why I love Samsung software one UI over MIUI.

                  I think the A05s is a very well rounded device, more so than the A15 and also the higher A34/54 (no proximity sensor)

                  I hope the A06s uses a good quality LCD, UFS storage, upgraded chip, includes NFC and all the necessary sensors together with a good primary camera and an ultrawide. Storage should be 8/256 by then. And a higher end extra like water resistance or metal frame would be nice too. But that all is probably way too much to ask at that price (or hopefully not? We will see, technology continues to progress)

                      For $200, you can find phones like the Huawei P30 or OnePlus 7T brand new on eBay, and they are much better in every single way
                      There is absolutely no justification of buying this A05s

                        Realme C67, Spark 20 Pro and Redmi 12 5G are phones more worthy of review. The Redmi 12 5G is just a hands-on that could be the budget phone of the year if it has a full review.

                            Samsung, UFS 2.0 and NFC wouldnt cost that much more to put in the A05s. SD680 is decent enough but unfortunately hampered by the slow storage.

                              I know this is a cheap phone, but no NFC is a joke

                              Pay apps aside, a lot of banking apps in my country REQUIRE NFC to scan the chip in your ID to use the app.
