        I'm looking disappointed about the proximity/light sensor of the POCO M4 Pro. Its not working and it did not response to dim the screen during calls.

        Now I'm aware to this not to bought this phone, after reviewing this and watching videos of breaking down the hardware of what's working.

          Again, no comment on colour accuracy of the display, yet there are multiple paragraphs about the refresh rate. I consider colour accuracy more important. Can you please return to including this?

          At the risk of sounding like a whinger, it might be worth proof reading before publishing.

On the other hand, poco has better display, high PWM diming,more ram/rom, faster charging speed, charger, case and screen protector in the box, IR blaster, 3.5mm jack, proximity sensor. Everything depends on priorities.

                  Best looking poco of all time.

                    Can the camera be any worse? 6-year old phones have better cameras.

                        For this price i'd rather buy an A34 5G! It has a better soc dimensity 1080 with 35% more performance, better cameras with 4K video in main and selfie, better quality with IP67, better UI and...5G!

                          Well, I would pick this one over Poco X6 every day. And the competition is nowhere near M6 Pro. What I need is good screen, battery and sound. And 4G, becouse where I live 5G is unnecessary. 90% of my phone usage is Youtube and video playback.
                          What I like on M6 Pro: bright hi res screen, battery with nicely fast charging, great design with tiny bezzels (Samsung, I'm looking at you!), good stereo sound, 4G, great price for this hardware, IR blaster, full retail package with charger and mask.
                          What I'm not fan of: MIUI 14 when Hyper OS is out, slow security/Android updates, under display fingerprint scanner.

                          The thing that bugs me is the 4G chip development. There is plenty of room for 4G chips becouse 5G is not the upgrade we all hoped for. Or use is every day. Not in the way 4G was over 3G. So, why is there no new and faster 4G chips? We have to settle for Helio G99/SD 685. Or ooooold SD 860. Will we use G99 for next 5 years until it finaly dies?

                            In its price range, it’s one of the select few phones offering all of these features together: a standard 8GB of RAM, an OLED display, optical image stabilization, an ultrawide camera, stereo speakers, a headphone jack and expandable storage. The IR blaster and FM receiver are nice add-ons and I’m glad they kept them for those who use them. If you can handle the compromise of a lack of 5G (which in my experience is a battery hog and pointless if you live somewhere with fast 4G LTE service), then it is the perfect budget phone.

                              Knew it. Literally no difference even with the Ultra on the name. Still the usual G99 🤧

Fantastic oled display is much more important for me. And still a headphone and micro sd support. I will choose this for this extras is the best poco for the must of the people. And with 12 gb ram g99 wil perform a bit better than 4gb ram. Sorry for bad english.

                                    Good job.

                                      Helio G99 Ultra??? Seems like a normal G99 for me.

                                      Also the prices of Poco are surging despite little to no upgrade to the previous lines of Poco.

                                        Good budget device. I would like to see it with sd 860, which still has a lot of power. This g99 can be found for around 100€ in Poco m5.
