The fingerprint sensor is not good, not sensitive enough, need effort or often failed to even unlock the screen.
And the GSMArena Team in the review said they didn't hear any difference between the Dolby Sound turned on and others setting, I wonder how bad is their ears/listening, because they're clearly different

This phone ticks all my criteria:
✅Ordinary, level entry, small budget price
✅Good look without being over-designed
✅AMOLED Screen, Resolution about 400ppi
✅Good bright high nits screen
✅Snapdragon processor although modest
✅Earphone Jack
✅NFC
✅Micro SD Card slot
✅4G, so cheaper,.. I don't need 5G
✅Stereo Speakers
✅Ok Camera, not the best but not bad either
✅5000mAH battery & fast charging
✅Infra Red & Radio
✅possible to be tinkered with, active forum in XDA
and so on I can't remember all now, but that's about all 😁

I was using the Xiaomi mi 10t lite, until it started misbehaving.
I needed this one because of the pip mode, I mostly use that as a student.
I also don't game
Will I regret it??

If you are looking for a solid great phone that stands out from the competition buy the redmi note 13 it has a great build quality better than Samsung alternatives the display is amazing especially for media the stereo speakers are loud and provide good sound quality the battery will last you a full day with high usage and 2 days easily with light usage on a single charge to top it all of it charges 0 to 100 in Less than 1hr 30mins, the processor is sufficiently powerful...I really am enjoying this phone it takes really good pictures too so it's an all you need phone if you are budget conscious

The review states that there is no FM radio on the RN 13 4G, however I do have it. The app is preinstalled and radio works out of the box. My model is 23124RA7EO.

The photo quality of the camera is really disappointing. From a general perspective it's a downgrade for my note 9s. The camera on the 9s is also bad, not sure which one is better.

Am using global redmi note 13 4g and I don't have Hyper OS 2 but my friend is using same model and is already on 2.0. Whe I check on MemeOS updater it shows that there is an update but in settings there is nothing. Phone is on hyper OS1

Anonymous, 22 Aug 2024This model doesn't come with NFCIt does. Go to settings, type NFC in the search bar then search. You will find it under "developer option". Toggle it on then restart your device to activate it.

1. Go to developer option, adjust your animations to 0.5x
2. Still under developer option, go to "App crache optimization" toggle it on
3. Download AVG Cleaner and set it properly. Considering the auto cleaning option.
4. Set your refresh rate to 120
5. Uninstall or disable unwanted apps
6. Update you phone to the latest android 15 version.
You won't need another device if you do the above.
PS: The video camera is stable after the latest update.
