Its worrest phone.I bought it for recently . To many issues with this phone. When I went to buy , customer service people encourage to buy this shit. I thought they knew more than me so trusted them.
I realised now never trust customer service , they tried to encourage low sale products, because they invested on that and they try to get it back. So they cheat customer to sell low sale products.

It has better price and actua... moreHi, I bought the Redmi 10 PRO based on the gsm review, in 2023, with nearly 50% discount, an "as new return", with 2 years warranty. Unable to use camera without location permission. Died 10 months later - would not turn on, or charge. I should have read the Xiaomi owner reviews, first. (My Redmi 9T will not update from Android 10, which I contacted them over, and they sent me a Miui update,to 12.1.1.0 & now results in gallery and camera slow loading. I reckon damage limitation, as I have blocked any more updates. I am pretty sure some of the phones GSM receive, to review, are not the same quality as mug punters like us buy. (Maybe they could try testing a sample of retail examples they have praised, but have negative retail buyers experience.)

How can you call the contents, "trivial," when most phones only ship with a usb cable. Seriously!? Have you reviewed phones before?

Smaller screen is good, if I wanted a brick I'd buy S21 Plus (was available for $20 more) smaller battery comes with a smaller screen

noone cares, it's already very fast, but it has wireless charging, which is much more important. Also I can charge my smartwatch wirelessly with my phone, nice.
No SD card slot
I thought I cared (had several Redmis with it) but I really don't, 128GB is more than enough for me. I suppose that can be important for gamers.
No 3.5mm jack
Yep, that would be nice (i have some really nice headphones). There are usb-c audio adapters, but they can break.
Only 64mp camera
Noone cares about Mp, it's quality that matters. I had redmi note 10 pro (ok photos) and redmi 11 (awful), I'm pretty sure S21 photos is still better than subj.
Also S21 has Esim. Not having Esims in 2024 is imho a deal breaker. Most important thing for phones now.
Also S21 is faster than subj, though 3 years older.

My refurbished S21 in excellent condition for $200 is much better than this in absolutely everything including software support.

Just buy a redmi note 10 pro. It has better price and actual specs than the yet to come note 14 pro 5g plus.

Power backup is very very poor. I had purchased on Jan 20th from Xiaomi Store Kakurgachi. 100% charge consume within 1 day and before finish 1.5 GB data.
So request you all think twice before purchase Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5GB.

Years ago people started buying Redmi note devices beacuse they were true "Value for money" devices, Redmi series became the most profitable smartphone variants for Xiaomi, but then greed overcame Xiaomi, even after earning million dollars,they were not satisfied,they wanted more, so each year they kept on increasing the price, while releasing even more pricier variants like Pro, Plus, proplus, 5g, pro 5g plus 5g proplus 5g this that,, i mean just about anything, that can give them reasons to justify the price hike,
Their biggest market was India and Bangladesh, as Xiaomi Redmi devices were touted as most selling devices in those countries ,
But now, they are overtaken by newer smartphone brands like Inifinix / Techno. They clearly lost the market in these countries.
