I don't understand how the Xiaomi has better battery life figures than the s23U and s24U. Do the Samsungs suck or is the Xiaomi 14 really good? I've seen everyone praise the Samsung but nobody talks about the xiaomi's battery

I have never seen a sweetable mobile, and good nice when looking like the Xiamo 14, and the pro version 🥰

Did anyone have issue with heating? Am just start used, and its heating a lot, even for web browser, feels hot in hand. Got set up like new phone, and actualy heat very fast

I've just received the Xiaomi 14 in Jade Green as an upgrade to my 3 year old Poco F3 (which is still working well). This flash sale is a great deal as I wanted better cameras than the F6 Pro offered, but didn't want the bulk of the 14 Ultra. Next day delivery, and set up and updated within the hour. Thankfully no misting up of the lenses, and the smaller size feels great. Bought a clear case to show the lovely green colour as the supplied black case completely hides the body and makes it look like a £50 budget phone.
It has a really quality feel and the cameras are great, although I've had limited use so far. I've tried the AI camera features, which you have to download as plug-ins, and I can see that they have great potential.
We're going to India for a month in September for my son's wedding, and I'm hoping that the cameras on the 14 will save me having to carry my bulky digital camera everywhere.
Usual niggles about having to delete some bloatware, but not as bad as previous Poco phones.
It's a shame that more people aren't aware of what Xiaomi can offer and don't want to stray from the usual iPhone/ Samsung universe.

Why did they go with the smudgey glossy back??
If you don't want that, buy the black version. I think that model has the matte glass back. Not sure about white.
