Poco F6 review

My last 2 mobiles were poco (x3 and f4) but I'm done with it. Always always pocket mode problems. Why can't they solve it, so many frustrated comments on internet from users. Every few weeks ghost sessions in my pocket that make apps & chats disappear or even worse (blocked by other users for my phantom entries). It's already a known problem for years and hyperOS didn't solve it . Don't they have a quality control or are they just not listening to their customers. So many complaints.
Also, when reviewing a new model in a line, it make sense to review which problems were hindering older models and see if they fixed it. That might convince existing users to stay on board.

Anonymous, 28 May 2024I think it's less likely for the F# to have a better U... moreI understand the Redmi thing, I hope they get it up on their Redmi Note phones at least cus this ain't it, having the same UW cam on the budget flagship killer and their "camera" centric phone is a disgrace.
Oh and idk about you but where I'm at the xT series phones cost more than the F6 Pro and less than the Oneplus 12. That's a huge uptick in price compared to what you get! At least that's what I think. The xT series is overpriced where I live ig so I can't think of getting it. I guess I'm gonna have to get a Nothing Phone 2(a)

BlackBeast, 01 Jun 2024But why would an F5 user even consider upgrading? It's... moreFair point
The F5 is still faster than most 2024 midrangers / upper midrangers (that aren't performance focused) and will likely stay faster for a year or two.
By that time, flagship killer phones will be even faster than they are today.

Why not ipsLCD tech is being phased out at this point (good riddance)
At this point, you can barely find any phone with an LCD display that costs more than $100
Just accept it

Anonymous, 29 May 2024I've been using Redmi K50i for two years. I wanted to ... moreYou could checkout TrackinTechEnglish's recent video comparison of the F6 with the X6 Pro. Unsurprisingly, they're neck and neck, with the X6 Pro even being better in aspects most wouldn't even imagine. For their current prices, the X6 Pro is simply more value for money. Although, as a K50i user myself, I see no reason to upgrade as this is still a very potent phone that could last you for another 2-3 years without any hiccups. Any reason you're considering the upgrade?
P.S. Poco, for some reason, omits some of the UI animations that Xiaomi/Redmi have. It's a Poco launcher issue, which they haven't updated in a while.

Toppo, 31 May 2024Who cares? Literally everyone you know apps are made to run... moreYou're saying that like Mediatek barely runs most of the android apps, everyone outside the tech community/website doesn't care which chipset their phone has as long as their phone runs smoothly.

For those interested in photography, there is the Pro version that is better at photos and videos, at £404 + a Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Graphite Black included in the launch price.
I got my F6 within the first week at £271 from mi.com
It's ok. Can I possibly complain, for this price? The hardware is great, I wish MIUI (Hyper OS) would also live in 2024 when this phone was launched, not in 2019, when it used to be revolutionary.

Norse , 31 May 2024Still poco F5 is better than this. Has headfone Jack Bett... moreF5 isn't better has worse gpu and cpu(the main stuff you should look for a phone) jack and camera are secondary and don't matter at all it's not 2010 anymore. You can use earphones just fine and if you want more mp buy a real camera but if you want to take pics yourself 200 times the camera 99.9% of phones that provide is far more than enough. Guys at least try some valid comments like how good is gen 3 compared to top tier cpus e.t.c
