And based on my experience with realme and Xiaomi smartphones, I would confidently say that Xiaomi's phones take the win regarding the cameras. And what, just because you don't agree with my point or vice versa, does that mean that I say stupid shit? If you believe so, then the stupidity is saved for you dude 😂

    Realme's color science (which is the same as on Find X7 series) is WAY better than the Civi's processing (@encoword on Twitter for comparisons between GT6 and the Civi)

    Of course that UW is useless but main/tele/selfie aren't.

              CamoGeko-XDA, 07 Jul 2024It's as good as Samsung's OneUI, if not better. ... moreNo its not, xiaomi used to be my favorite brand and ive owned 5 of their phones, they totally messed up their OS in the last few years, there is spam, bloat, ads, and an issue with delayed notifications that never seems to be solved. Samsung software is much much more robust, the S20+ that i used to own had the best software ive ever seen on an Android phone, endless customization (if you choose to), and rock solid notifications and alerts, never misses anything.

                  Not a fan of this year's Civi, even if it does use a near-flagship chip.

                  I am still a huge fan of the first Civi 1 / 1S. If you can find that phone for dirt cheap, I'd buy it over similar 778/7sG2 phones.

                    The shadows don't really seem too crushed to my eyes, it's just that most smartphone cameras have a tendency to push up the shadows a bit more than how they really look. Shadows are supposed to be a bit dark and obfuscate certain details.

If it can't do that, it's an epic fail.

The Realme definitely has a better main camera sensor and the Xiaomi definitely has a better ultrawide (although it's still a fairly weak old ultrawide that they have been using for around 5 years since the Redmi k30 and Xiaomi 10 series)
