A solid "meh". Hard to stomach the price if you can get a Oneplus 12 for the money. Xiaomi releases too many phones, and this one had to be deliberately neutered because they dont want it to compete with the upcoming Xiaomi 15

        Are these "AI" features supposed to run locally, in the device itself, or is it all handled by servers elsewhere?
        I never know what sorts of AI functionalities actually can run on device and which cannot. Afterall, we do get NPUs inside of our SoCs, so they gotta do something, right...?

Web browsing time actually got big improvement over 13t pro and in web browsing it's about similar, if not bit better per capacity than x100 pro and latter has 120 hz ltpo display vs this 144 hz ltps display.

                  Throttling phone with crap battery life, only xiaomi can do such wonder.

                    Apart from the valid criticism regarding the front camera, I see no reason to buy any device other than the Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro, the Motorola is interesting, Oneplus too, Samsung has been dead for a long time and I don't think it has any other model to compare here.

                      They remain profitable and business isn't impacted at all

                      If they copy apple it's an issue and when they release smartphones in their own style it's a problem

                        I think regular 14T will be a better options sunce Dimensity 8300 ultra is less power consuming than D9300. Otherwise, 14T and 14T Pro share the same specs !

                          Xiaomi should drop T series ... totally useless (no LTPO means heavy battery drain and overheating)

                            Xiaomi is releasing too many devices. They are releasing Xiaomi 15 and 15 pro next month as well. There is not enough to differentiate for these devices. Plus we are going to see phones with 9400 launch next month(Vivo/Oppo) and I dont know why Xiaomi is launching a flagship with 9300+ month before that.

                              Eno2, 26 Sep 2024The images taken with Leica Authentic mode look even more t... moreIf they can't fix this post launch, this would be really bad. I've seen OnePlus and Realme improve their camera result a month after launch, so hopefully Xiaomi does the same.

                                It is interesting to see that 14T Pro is Xiaomi T series with aluminium frame in 3 years since the 11T from 3 years, because they dropped that in favour of plastic frame in both 12T and 13T, which I remember, didn't spark joy.

                                  The issue is the thermals. The phone became hot during the test, hence the loss in performance.
                                  In real life, you won't use it till it gets as hot as this, so that's a win.

Though they may look good in a horror movie. :)

                                      I'm thinking maybe best bet is wait for oneplus with snapdragon 8 gen 4 as the 9300 outperformed the 9300+

                                        Do the thermal test on warzone mobile please as I use 12tpro which struggles. Wanna see if 14tpro is up to the task.
