IMO, N85 is a replacement for the discontinue N95.
it's purpose is to fill the gap until the next N9* series came (estimate: early 2009)

    If I had to chose I'd go for the N79 cause I don't appreciate a slide design unless it reveal a QWERTY key board

        Maybe N85 is a thinner version of n95. Very expensive.

          Clone phones? I always thought N82 was ugly and here comes N79 with a pretty cool back and an ugly ridiculous front.

          N73, N78,N82,N81,N79 - Almost the same appearances.
          N96,N82, what else?...

            Hey GSMarena how can you say that? remember your review back along time ago, N81 and N95 8GB came together and the Main Highlight of N81 was gaming (n-gage) and music as being the Nx1 and said to be successor of N91, if nokia had released N85 as N81 what would N95 8GB do? and this is only a few months after N95 actually become settled and N95 and K850i were the only 5mp cans, so with this i disagree, about N78 yea it would be cool to have a 5mp cam with accelerator's but N78's got a great market and taking it to the 5mp level it would have sort of a weird segment espically if N79 came out like it is which would you buy? N78 or N79? so i think the phones are new upgrades and not should have been's sorry to go against you but with this i disagree, your still my fav review site! keep chillin homies!!!!!!

                    N 79 way ahead really want that.What abt n gage games in it?it has accelerometer and sensitive d pad.
