    I think I can just about tell the E1580 throttled to 80% and the SD 6 Gen in the A36 around 85-90%. So SD still more efficient I think. Sad about the loss of the SD slot and that I have heard that the A56 is getting released in Q3, far after other competitors. It's price won't look as good then.

      Is the expansion slot still available?

        Something so simple like keeping the microSD slot would have given them a lot more value vs competition. Now they're looking even worse than their previous generation.

          The A36 results are very disappointing. All the benchmarks apart from Wild Life are within the margin of error, and even there it's only 13% more on the A36. Apart from the longer software support the older A55 seems to be a better option than the A36. It's a shame, I was looking forward to the A36. Interested to see A26 test results as it uses the same chip as the A35, so the difference between A26 vs A36 might not be large, while the price tag difference substantial.

            Do you think that the a56 is a huge improvement over last year's a55? I'm in the market for a new phone and I can't make up my mind which one to get.

              the a56 is a bit expensive on the a5x side this time around but would be a good midrange device.

              as for the a36, well it's a36 not much I can say here tbf.

                      In my opinion, at least one telephoto was missing Portrait 2x zoom 50mm or 3x zoom 70mm
                      Apart from the design which is more beautiful, the face doesn't change anything for the a54 and a55
                      I can't stand this 5MP macro
