The back though, it's subjective, so can't argue about that

A score of 3.9 seems unfair. No major gripes , only the price. You recommend the pixel 9 instead as a better compact phone but I can buy the Reno 13 at 480 euros while the Pixel 9 is 749 euros. So it's not a reasonable comparison. I think this phone deserves a hifger score as it has no major shortcomings.

I prefer Chinese phones like Xiaomi, Vivo and others, because their ROMs have vibrant, colorful and beautiful UIs.

I still own Reno8 Pro since august 2022 and still perfect no issues screen is very good 6.8
Videos and photos looks great.. 4k@30 or 1k@60
I really don't know why people saying it Reno is bad?

Wow compare to the other options S24 FE and Xiaomi 14T pro, Reno 13 is cheaper than those two in my country. Reno is $535 while the other two are $715

The 3a pro has a worse selfie camera and worse overall performance. Also, didn't the 2a have class-leading battery life?

In recent years the Reno series has become pretty bad really. I had one of the first phones in the series, the Reno 10x zoom which was one of my favorite phones ever (probably joint favourite along with the Huawei p20). A 5x periscope back in 2019 was great as was the full uninterrupted screen. Nowadays they are boring, generic devices with a lack of innovation that depend on the offline market. I think among the offline devices in China from Vivo (s series), OPPO (Reno series) Honor (number series) and Xiaomi (Civi series), the Reno series is the worst, with Honor being the best and Xiaomi and Vivo being similar. OPPO'S reno series actually regressed over time and offers the worst value compared to the competition. Personally, I 'd only consider the find x series from OPPO as the last three generations of the find x series have been excellent and I expect the OPPO find x8 ultra to be the best of the ultras based on the hardware and OPPO'S software. The software support, particularly camera updates for the find X7 ultra have the reputation of being the GOAT in China. Hope they continue this software support for the x8 ultra. I think they will as the updates for the find x8, Find x8 pro and Oneplus 13 have been good so far

Well i get th... moreAgreed..it's a well balanced phone and with a bit of a discount I think it's great. 6.59 is just right, not too big for my hands, not to small for my eyesight. And amazing battery which is more useful than a telephoto I'll use twice a month.

The Nothing Phone 3a Pro beats this for around the same price. The one thing this phone has going for it over the 3a Pro is the phenomenal battery life.

I like the look of this phone. It's a decent all-rounder that has excellent battery life, fast charging, an excellent selfie camera (unlike the majority of Chinese phones), and it isn't as large as the alternatives mentioned.
If Oppo improves the saturation in the photos, it would be great. I don't know how likely it is to do that though. It's ironic, as nearly all BBK phones overdo it with the saturation. Does anyone know what the primary sensor is?
