4 years later and at a higher price point, A36 is still inferior to A52s, except for build quality. Wake up Samsung!

        My hypothesis why A55 speaker is louder than A36 (or A56) is due to the thickness. Perhaps the speaker is same but the volume (cubic) is less on A36 causing not enough accoustic (room) to deliver a louder sound.

            Same as A34. They gives us marketing trick with new soc, to think newer is better, but dimensity 1080 is basically the same as exynos 1380 and SD 6 gen 3. For 200€ this can pass, but for no more than that.

              Samsung is too chiling with their reputation as The Apple of Android. We seriously needs a truly worthy competitor to wake Samsung up.

              Chinese phones are good but the stereotypes are holding them back...

                The performance of this thing..

                  The a36 has the older X62 modem, is it better than the Exynos modem in the a56?

                    High.Tech, 27 Mar 2025How is this an upgrade? More like a downgrade. No SD card, ... moreSidegrade at best, for the people who like Snapdragon chipsets. Still not really worth the hassle. Specially not at this price. X7 Pro can be found under 300 euros, and that's a far better deal.

                      How is this an upgrade? More like a downgrade. No SD card, still UFS 2.2, and still virtual proximity sensor! Really Samsung? They need to face a reality check asap!
