Nokia 6220 classic review: Sharp-witted shooter

18 September 2008
We can call the Nokia 6220 classic an attempt to regain some 5 megapixel ground. The compact smartphone carries some serious imaging power. Xenon flash, active lens cover, VGA video @ 30 fps and TV-out do sound exciting, don't they? It would've been all too easy...

No WiFi? Nokia just shot themselves in the foot with this one.. I'd much rather have WiFi than GPS.

And I can't believe the reviewer is mentioning the N82 as an alternative. That phone looks worse than a piece of steaming turd. I'd much rather buy any other N-series..

        Hi everyone.......
People who can use gps are those who can afford high end phones.
Wi fi should have been included instead of gps.
The phone seems ok for the price.
Though the screen is small.and the phone resembles sony ericsson models.

this reviews a bit slow... ive been looking at this phone for a while now and i think this has sealed the deal. im not a big WLAN user, while yes it would be nice, its not too bad. thats a pity on the keypad... ill check out that... no point in having a phone if you dont enjoy using it! thanks for the review!

Nokia always seem to lets its phones down with it keypads the N73 the N82 an the N78 would have been alot better mobiles if Nokia had put Quality keypads on them an now the 6220 classic follows suite,Nokias got to realise the keypad size ,quality an the ease of use it what you want when paying top classs prices for its supposed to be its top class mobiles but they never seem to learn from there letdowns

hmm, isn't this review a bit late?
the 6220 classic has been around for quite some time now...

Isn't it amazing what people can buy for so little.

Almost all the N95 series' goodies plus xenon flash; just costs a little less.

                      PS THIRD!!!
