Also, to put that number into perspective, this is the same as Galaxy S24 with a bigger battery and smaller screen, as that one uses an older chip. It‘s also better than the Poco X6 Pro with 5000 mAh. So if 5000 on a Xiaomi is enough, then 3900 mAh on this is enough as well.

Went straight to battery and there it is, Galaxy S25+ minus 20%. It‘s even slightly better than that actually, being only 16% less than the S25+ score. So, another told you so for me, and another loss for the brick loving inefficiency defending ch*nese fanb*y mob.

Anonymous, 23 May 2025IP68 vs IP69 difference in real life is negligible, you wil... more100mAh is a negligible difference. Besides, the S23 also has a 3,900mAh battery, and yet nobody complained about the battery life on that phone.

Finally lighter and thinner! Now, if you add a case it wont be so bulky, less likely to accidentally drop.

A better battery life than what most were predicting here. Samsung has done well with this. Not that I'd ever buy it.

Huh, seems I lost the bet. I predicted about 10 hours at best on the Active Use score, so not terrible overall. But the thermals... You might as well use use it as a stove after a nice session of gaming

"Unrivalled portability"
By that logic just unfold few of the super thin chinese foldables and it is also "unrivalled".
For me, with a regular slab phone portability means below 140mm in height and below 68mm in width, which none of the current iOS or Android flagships provide (S25 being the closest to that)
As for thickness, anything at that size at 10mm or less is totally fine, people forget a smaller phone that is a bit thicker feels less chunky than a big device with same thickness.

IP68 vs IP69 difference in real life is negligible, you will see more difference with IP68 iPhones use (up to 6 meters) than IP69.
Anyhow, battery life could be a full day for some, but really on the edge (lol) and if your signal is good.
My base S25 is easily getting me through the day, but I would probably have issues with S25 Edge because that is even less.
As for the chip, can we all agree it is stupid to put a hothead like Elite in any phone that is this thin?
For the rest nothing exciting, a S25 Plus with 1 less camera, much better main camera and a poor battery life (which is totally fine on S25 Plus compared to S25 Edge)
