This is actually stupid. Just provide single good camera with may be a 1 inch sensor and be done with it. Should be good enough for all scenarios except zoom. Make it ultra wide. And crop from it for main camera. Why these companies think like that... A single 24 mp UW camera with 1" sensor. Upto 3x zoom also it should be good

I love my OnePlus 13. I feel like I'm the only American that has one. This phone is thin, fast, smooth, and has minimal bloatware. It's pretty much maxed out as far as mobile specs go in mid 2025. I like the 4 major android upgrades, but I was really hoping I could run custom ROMs on it, like a Linux OS or something of that nature.

Gone are the days when OnePlus used to disrupt the market with every new launch. If all the companies start selling similar specs phones at the same price in the market, they are not killing the competition. They're just making it worse for the consumers.

Abady, 08 Jun 2025you are right its 8s with an s my mistake. the point is i w... morethe problem is with companies, they tend to not use last gen soc's for the cheap phones, like 8gen 1 can and should be used for phones like 6inch phones from redmi, realme... etc, my guess is that qualcomm wouldn't sell them for cheap even years after release or making them in huge quantities wouldn't reduce their prices by much.
