To avoid any confusion in the review comments, I am posting this comment to highlight that we've just updated the battery life & charging sections as well as the thermal throttling section. The Pixels 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro XL have all shown notable improvements across the board in our new tests.

Shame about that main sensor... 1/2" is midrange, at best. Would have liked Isocell GNJ 1/1.56", tbh. Crazy thing is you can actually SEE the difference between 10 and 9. Pixel 9 does better at HDR and detail.

stick to your Xiaomi phones, they have better value then any Pixel ever.
leave Pixels to people wanting AI gimmicks, almost clean stock Android and great and stable camera results.

Your battery testing for the Pixel 10 is inconsistent with Phonearena, Tom's Guide, and Techmo. They all find that the Pixel 10 has better battery life than the iPhone 17. But you report the opposite. Maybe you did your testing too early before Adaptive Battery had settled on the device, or maybe you had a defective review model?

Mediatek, Qualcomm and Apple know TSMC's better...if they have choice, they will ask competitors to lower the price...

Imagine being Google and reading how year after year you come up with subpar phones to your previous gen and to competitors alike. Ouch! But they aren't reading. They just sell you the device from which you do the reading.
Imagine paying almost 1000 and getting Tensors. It hurts, even while writing about it, so I'll stop the torture now.

Price is the problem with the pixel phones. If they started off 30 percent cheaper, it'd be more reasonable. Lack of camera innovation or increased power is not a major problem for the vast majority of consumers because we are at a point where cheap phones can do the job well for much of daily use.
That said, it's amusing how seriously some people take phones to the point where you have some people who make a commitment to trash one company or another repeatedly in an unconstructive, lazy manner.

On S25 main sensor is 1/1.56"...on Xiaomi 15, it's a better 1/1.3"
On S25, telephoto is a crappy 1/3.94", on Xiaomi, it's a more correct 1/2.76"

It doesn't really matter, except for 5.9 inch screens like the Asus Zenfone (confused about giving a better cooling system) smartphone cooling systems are already better, sometimes there is still throttling, Antutu doesn't even reach 3 million like the claim of the SD 8 Elite SoC, except for gaming smartphone priorities

IQOO 13 5G camera is also not bad / big fans of xiaomi, they just buy xiaomi 15 series. (or wait for the release of samsung S26 series using SD 8 elite Gen 2 or SD 8 elite Gen 5 or aka leading version used by zte nubia redmagic series. cpu clock 4.74 ghz vs samsung exynos 2600 cpu clock 3.8 ghz)
