Or else just buy a new screen of ebay (not as hard, paid)

how do erase the text conversation from the memory of this Nokia 6600 such as skype, messenger and other application, cos every time you open a conversation the old conversation comes up on the screen. please advise

7 week old phone, lcd screen has cracked, have been told this is my fault and will cost me to fix it. shop i bought it from were unhelpfull. crack has occured were you tap the phone to reject calls, not the outer cover but acctual lcd screen under it. i stopped using nokia phones for same reason the always broke. thought after several years of not having one things would be different

Yes this is a beautifully styled phone. The in call volume is too low and you have to press the top of the blue ring to increase it while in a call. I am on max and it's still too quiet. My inner screen cracked after 6 months, but the outer screen was OK - I have seen a few reviews suggesting this happens quite often so the inner screen might be very delicate or prone to cracking. In all I like my 6600 slide so happy to carry on with it, once it's repaired.

Is it true that in 6600slide we cant install softwares like music player or games????(more to what is in-built)

the nokia 3600 is almost identical to nokia 6600 slide then why 3600 is cheaper then 6600....check out their comaparison.....here....

without doubt THE worst phone I have had! 5 weeks I have had it Twice it has been in for repair and today it will not switch on at all.Nokia used to be good but not anymore.

i got this cellfone 1 month back and every day all its given me is trouble,i even tried different networks for it,but half the time the text message won't go and u hav to keep re-sending...and honestly i feel like i trashed my money,its not worth it...please don't buy it....there is nothing good in it....i regret having sold my nokia E65

Freefaller, 26 Nov 2008I had high hopes for this phone but was sadly disappointed.... moreagree totally,missed loads of calls,also back light is rubbish.

I think I buy 6600 slide china version. Cause I look behind the batterai. Is that really not original?? Bad new, the sliding is to risk.

great looking phone and great functionality however as one poster noted, vibration is almost non existant leading to many missed calls and messages, and loudspeaker is so quiet as to render it almost useless. for these two reasons i would not purchase this phone again if i could go back.

ive recently bought the nokia 6600 slide, whatever, and i dunno accidently clicked on something.and now when im writing a txt, u know the page where u type the txt? well that comes up blue, and the font is blue as well.can any1 please help me change the colour of either of the 2???

its a great phone, love the tapping option!
question: does anyone know how to change the keys colors from blue to pink ???
