I have the RM11 16/512 SubZero (silver) version. Very cool phone. Great looking. Warp speed fast. Delivery time was unreal. Ordered on a Saturday, got it on the following Wednesday. That's fast! Excellent phone all around. Truly some innovated stuff packed in there. The "only" thing these reviews do not tell you... leaving all those bells and whistles and lights and fans and circulating cooling ring on all the time drops the battery like a rock. You can literally turn all those on and watch the battery drop in front of your eyes. So, "in real life" all those lights and spinning fans and chip coolant circulation usually aren't running. Unless you're recharging every 2 hours or so, having all those on just isn't very practical. But, like I say, performance-wise... killer phone (for those of you who like emulation, wait til you see what consoles this thing can emulate perfectly!). And it does still have the "looks" of a crazy sci-fi phone, even with the lights and spins all turned off. And when you want to impress your friends, turning on "lighting mode" (which they clearly state is for "entertainment purposes" in the menu) takes only a few seconds (and 2% battery life).
To be perfectly honest, I "wanted" the Nubia z80, because I was using the z70 and love it, but thanks to the walking orange chicken McNugget we have here in the US, Nubia won't ship the z80 here (but they did ship the z70 last year. Getting the idea of why no shipping this year?). And if you use AliExpress, it's more than Nubia asking price because, again, spray tan man's tariffs. If you're in the US and not a gamer and don't mind paying a bit more to appease King Fatty, I'd recommend the z80. If you're looking for something different as a head-turner with all the right specs in all the right places, then the RM11 might be a good option.

Does that mean ZTE doesn't have a small team that can translate words from Chinese to English correctly? 😂
This weakness has been written into its phones for years.

"Basic HDR video playback support only" and other quirks which lead me to ultimately not to get the redmagic astra tablet after watching multiple reviews and decided to wait for a better choice. this is the issues with chinese manufacturers they comes up with a great product but doesn't polish it 100%. had it had proper HDR support and proper software plus support would have gotten it on the spot. just couldn't accept too many glaring negatives

RushGamer, 24 Nov 2025"A gaming phone has far more space and less excuses. &... moreyou're no different than an apple/samsung fanboy who excuses all faults.
For your information, it's not taking up that much space. they have been using the same fan for a while and the liquid cooling is not some massive spacehog. A gaming phone having the same battery size as a normal phone with worse speakers is a disgrace.
By your logic the Xiaomi is a technical marvel. Same big battery, a second screen, far superior speakers and big cameras.
Listen man, these companies can do it all, they're just cutting costs. 699 isnt chump change. The IQOO 15 is gonna be around this price point and it has triggers as well.

jiyen235, 20 Nov 2025redmagic 9 pro was leap years ahead of others, 10 pro was s... more"A gaming phone has far more space and less excuses. " I would disagree on you on this dude. The fan and air vent canal itself already consumes almost 20% of the whole phone. Add to it the liquid cooling, complex passive cooling and the large 7,500mAh Si/C battery.
Well, that's true you're getting all of it for a very cheap price with all the new techs, don't compare this to a $1000+ flagship as they have better budget, better R&D but still no proper innovation.
Again, this is a $699 flagship device only, packed with all the new innovations unlike others with higher budget and bigger R&D.

StefanAndrei92, 22 Nov 2025Finally we understand each other. I respect your oppinion 👍yeah man enjoy your phone. Don't let all the cooling go to waste with android games. Go and emulate ps2/pc games. You're going to love it
I'd suggest trying out God Of War and Silent Hill 2.

Ordered mine. 24GB / 1TB, would be a beast in emulation once they add more support to the 8 elite 5 processor.
Tired of gaming on iPhones.. Emulation with JIT keep breaking, no support.. Making emulating PC games and newer console gaming virtually impossible and very laggy. No sustain performance also.. after a few mins under the sun.. it throttles madly.

And also, when a new iPhone comes, do you compare it to battery life on average in the past or to current competitors? By your logic the iPhone has world class battery life and also charging since they've come a long way from the past.
At least you play games, that's great, others were just spouting nonsense about this and that. I can see some appeal for a gamer but for me battery rules above all as the new chips are so good most games would run well on reasonable settings. Maxing out games isn't good for portable/competitive scenarios.

jiyen235, 22 Nov 2025wow bro almost as if in ears are in your ears and cables vi... moreWait hold up, you genuinely think that amount of cable noise is normal for IEMs? I've got a pair of 4 year old KZs (they were well recommended at the time I bought them) that don't have even the slightest bit of cable noise, they were more expensive than the Samsung (they cost about the same as the Moondrops you mentioned, I've never used them but I'm sure they're good) but I was just happy that they didn't have that problem.

What do you expect at this price range? Seriously. You cant have everything at such a cheap price. You just complain for the sake of complaining.

Hans, 21 Nov 2025Samsung has bought Harman in 2016 in which AKG belong. But ... moreI'm aware some of AKG's newer over ears are still pretty good, but the earbuds being referenced are not. It's not the sound, it's the cable. Yes, they managed to screw something up that basic and that fundamental.

Anonymous, 20 Nov 2025You're contradicting yourself hard. Just admit you wro... moreNo, I'm being entirely consistent. The problem with Samsung's earbuds is the cable is so unbelievably bad that any movement ends up with terrible scuffling noises. When I was being completely and utterly still they sounded fine, nothing amazing but they were fine.

jiyen235, 20 Nov 2025what's wrong with them? give me solid proof of them be... moreHorribly, horribly noisy cable, like I've had £2 supermarket earbuds with less cable noise. It's not even like I don't like the sound or anything, because soon as I try to make any movement all I can hear is the scuffling noises from the terrible cable.

jiyen235, 21 Nov 2025mid battery life and mid charging 😹😹I have the phone sincer yesterday and all can tell is that the battery life is very good. How can you tell is mid battery life at 20+h active use score lol. Yea i know that Op15 has a bit more autonomy but this one has other advantages that Op15 or other mainstream phone hasnt. Perfection doesnt exist. The charging is good, could have been better but 5-10 minutes more doesnt count. Also after hours of playing Delta force maxed out at 120 fps the phone barely gets warm. This phone is for pure gamers, the shoulder triggers are gamechangers.

Bl457Xor, 20 Nov 2025Yes if you spend 40%+ more, you have better phones (except ... moreThe performance gap between rog and redmagic are barely noticeable compared to other flagship with same cpus. Even if RM has +1% higher score it doesn't mean it will gain 1000fps anyways because both of these are gaming phones. This isn't a dekstop/laptop comparison when u compare ryzen 4090 with celeron 4090 type shit.

Bl457Xor, 21 Nov 2025I saw some testing on wireless charging vs normal charging ... morein my years of using phones, i havent had ports break, only on pcs. Even then, it was because i pulled on em a lot of times and because they were cheap case ports.
Hey man you do you ig but why not just stick to wireless buds if you're ok with wireless charging?
