I think it's quite funny reading these comments obviously most don't know much about phones they just trolling apple lovers or samsnug boys lol 😆 this phone is a beast , if you want a camera phone this isnt it , solid 9/10 if you're happy with a mid camera and ok speakers but almost awesome everything else , buy this

If you haven't got a clue about how SoCs or cores work and other tech in the SoC (from ram to isp for the camera, storage device, modem that's picking up double the speeds from phones even what, 5 years ago while being more efficient and consistent to name a few) then you shouldn't be adding stupid comments but this seems to be normal for 2025 now.

Sustained performance is a huge letdown just like any other Iqoo and the 7000mah battery already feels underwhelmed with 8000mah+ coming out left and right. Next

Just few hours after this review pop up, it's immediately replaced by Poco F8 ultra. Well both gave the crowd an StoveDragon 8 Burning gen 5 With temp around 54-58° C and bussiness as usual 50℅ performance downgrade after few minutes. 🎉 congratulations🥳

Only UW camera keep it down from Flagship Killer Crown

Its crazy but if you look back at iQOO 12 it had better main, better telephoto and better UW (same sensor but wider aperture) and thats not only with iQOO almost every other brand started making downgrades after that year :/

With these sustained Elite 5 scores why they just don't put Gen 3 or even Gen 2? They consume way less battery while having the SAME scores after prolonged load. For now Elite 5 seems like just a wasted battery.

Chinese phones taking the spotlight this year for sure and it's not over yet, more impressive phones coming in the next months: Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Vivo X300 Ultra, Find X9 Ultra will be some worthy opponents!
Established brands need to do better...even if they're not worried because in the West, the availability of these competitors is very low so Apple, Samsung are not stressed. But it might change in the future...

Honestly, it's a pretty good phone for its price.
But it's 30% more expensive than iQOO 13 was on launch and inspite of slightly better performance, better cameras and a few more goodies over the latter, it might be a better proposition to buy the left-over stocks of iQOO 13 at a hefty discount over buying this new.

what a disappointing phone. Camera is the best part of this phone and even then, it is let down by the fact that it has no dedicated Vivo ISP chip so the photos don't have the wow factor/refined processing of the X Series phones.
Battery is good but that charging, YIKES! I'll never buy a Xiaomi flagship ever again after seeing their focal length antics, but dang man the 17 Pro Max is still the most balanced battery phone out there rn. And those speakers.... yeowch

Telephoto camera here is better than that of X300.
Honestly this phone seems a better buy than OnePlus 15.
GSMArena should mention how much the phones heat up not only during benchmarks, but also during hour-long gaming and shooting videos.
