Hello I'm using this phone (Sony Ericsson c905) for 2 years now and I have no doubt that this has a good features and I'm enjoying using this one but there's this instance that I unintentionally reset the setting and now I can't use the mobile Internet can someone tell me how to fix this on or any advice? Thank you for the response.

Hi every one..my bro took c905 spending 13k last month...he is always fond of sony ericson.. recently for while he was using nokia 5800 before using c905...once he purchased it within a week the problem started....the phone hangs every now and then...camera clarity is blur in most of the images...already to service center twice...the reponse is very bad the enthu or customer care which they show while purchase is not there at the service..its all money making....Nokia mobiles are the best user frndly and one thing they maitain till date is durability(good quality spares) and the next one is Samsung which is doing better...
Guys""""please dont go with the looks like sony ericson and get screwed up for what we pay""go for the all time best Nokia or even Samsung..

Had this phone for 5 months into a 24 month contract and now the speaker has died and I cant hear people on the other end. This is disgraceful and Sony should be ashamed that they have had so many C905 speaker failures (Google it). Also, the camera suffers from being grainy and taking a lot of blurry photos, despite cleaning the lens and checking the camera settings. Dont believe the hype about the camera- it really is pretty ordinary. 3 megapixel cameras can do better.
I also had an Ericsson K850i before this, and it suffered from randomly shutting off and wiping all user data. I had hoped Sony would have got things right with the C905, but disappointingly its still plagued by quality issues. No more Ericssons for me. I'll be buying Samsung or LG from now on.

i have been using it for 5 months. so far its functioning at its best. camera quality superb , audio is both loud with excellent quality. little costly but value for money

A... moreI have always sworn by Sony Ericsson phones but i bought the c905a brand new and within 5 weeks the internal speaker stopped working. Apparently this is a common problem with this model. So I pay to ship it to Sony and they keep it a month and then send it back unrepaired stating that "unit has been tampered with, warranty voided, customer attempted repair". I am furious. I never tampered with that phone. I am still trying to get them to fix it. I spent 400 bucks on that phone and it basically last me a month

This has to be amongst the *worst* phones every on reliability. And if you read the reviews you'd think this is a great phone!
Even for Sony's track record in reliability, this is a *really* crappy one.

No offence, but why doesnt gsm arena edit the reviews about the software and hardware problems after getting the retail version???? i mean i just went ahead and bought this phone blindly trusting the review written by gsmarena(which was great)and now im on my 3rd c905 in 2 monts due to multiple issues with each of them. i just hope this one lasts.

This is the worse SE phone I've ever owned. This is my 5th SE phone before and they are much better than this. The C905 attracted me with the sleek design and solid feel. but quality is really lousy. The phone hangs very often after composing sms before the phone book. It switches off by itself sometimes and you've to remove the battery to restart again. I've replaced the 2nd ear speaker in few months. The lens cover for the camera bulges out and no longer flush against the main body.
this phone is a disaster in my opinion. If you are willing to pay a premium for good looks then you buy it, else stay far far away from this phone.

One of the main issues of this phone here in the Philippines is the problem with its internal speaker. Some people have experienced not being able to hear the caller when they answer the call. They have to use headset or the loud-speaker system just so they could hear the one calling or if they are calling someone (vise-versa) It think this is one of the main reasons why SE dropped its prices for the C905. sure it has a snappy 8.1 megapixel camera but what's the point of having a cellphone if you cant use it as it is? SE should recall all its faulty c905 handset and give it's purchasers refund from the distributor down to the end user. They are projecting a dubious service image whenever a c905 makes a follow-up status of the repair, they only get a message that the parts haven't arrived yet or still un-available. does that mean prducing a phone is much quicker than producing parts which this phone actually uses? I wont be suprised if SE will post losses higher than last year at the end of 2009. So sorry for SE They try to keep up with top brand like nokia but all they do is dissapoint people.

c905 is not at all a good phone, main voice clarity break up,
reception network coverage is very poor, you want get network bars are poor, n finally battery doesnt last for long time like other phones do, i am personally using this phone have all this problems , inspite of getting it exchanged with a new c905 its all the same.
i would never reccomend c905.
