I own a 6760 slide (bought it around March 2010 here in the Philippines.)
I don't know why people call it ugly. I fell in love with its looks. It looks so different compared to most phones in (at least from my limited experience) the Philippine market. Surely you don't want your phone to look like everyone else's? Whenever I take it out, people are always interested and want to know if it's a new model (of course, it isn't... it's been around for ages, but I've never seen anyone with the same phone).
THE GOOD SIDE
+ The looks (everyone in the comments will probably burn me at the stake for this)
+ Easy to use. I had no problems figuring out how to use it (for document viewing, sending msgs, connecting to the internet NOT using wifi) --- those who commented that it's hard to do any task with this phone are probably technologically-challenged or don't even own this model OR BOTH. Please comment only on those phones you actually own.
+ Contrary to what was said in the gsmarena review, you CAN set what apps you want to open with the 3 dedicated buttons (see, I told you it's easy to use this phone, just explore the menus. You paid $$$ for something and you won't even check out the manual???)
+ Expandable memory. (I have hundreds of songs on it and lots of documents and I'm only using the 2GB sd card that came with the phone.)
+ Long battery life. Or maybe because it's still new..?
BAD SIDE
- Lack of wifi connectivity. This. is. a. huge. bummer. Seriously.
- Not a touch-screen phone; meaning you can't dial a number or compose a message unless you slide out the qwerty pad. The only things I can do when the qwerty is hidden is use the phone for games, playing music, and viewing documents or the calendar.
- 2.5mm jack. Seriously, nokia? Why not use the standard 3.5mm size???
SUMMARY
Despite the fact that I own this phone, I wouldn't recommend it BECAUSE of the lack of wifi and non-touch-screen issue. If you do want to your phone to look different and there are other options in your country for connecting to the net (3G connectivity in the Philippines will cost an arm and a leg), then you might consider this phone but I suggest you just buy the other, lower-priced phones with wifi and touch-screen features (Samsung perhaps?)
You might ask why I even bothered to comment/review this phone when I wouldn't recommend it. Well, the comments are harsh. After all, looks are subjective. + bashing on the ease-of-use of the phone you've never used seems a bit... not smart.

i think this is a very cute phone. it is mighty stylish and SLIM! finally! a slim nokia! and even though it doesnt have wi-fi if you have a good data plan then its fine! Everything else is just as good as my old E71. I think the only downside is that the keyboard is a little too big so its hard to type with one hand.

To gsmarena,
I like review with rating.like
audio-8/10
video-6/10
performance-8/10
Value-5/10
overall-7/10 etc etc
what is the point of expert review when normal guy cann't understand easily what is good, what is bad.And we need experts suggestions like surerb, great, recommanded, great value.average etc etc.

yes, the phone is ugly. So? I'm not gonna marry it, I'm gonna use it.... and I am.
function wise it's OK. needs some time getting used to the QWERTZ but once that's overcome it's all smooth sailing from there. pretty fast, all Symbian apps I've used so far work OK on it...
overall an OK phone.
