The best part about the Nokia E72 is its full QWERTY keyboard. The buttons are not that wide but they give nice tactile feedback and have a nice domed design. This makes it easy to type. The keyboard also has shortcuts for features and symbols.

this has become my mini laptop.
so many apps available, even a bit torrent app!
utilities and productivity apps.
plus the 600mhz CPU makes everything runs smooth.
a few reboots at first few days, but thats it! no more hangs, boots or any irregularities after next days/weeks/months!
awesome business phone!!

My Friend baugh black berry latest one in about 20,000/- rupee. GPRS dosn't works in BB, in my E72, it's just superb. Now my frien paying 1000/- every month fo BB mail service which he can't enjoy in romin to villeges. an I am paying 99 re. and getting 2 GB data download. all office work even VPN and RDP work perfectly fine. Now every one is comming with 3G, My E72 is not only ready but more advanced (3.5G) to 3G. Guys if you are looking for business phone.. go for E72. don't hink. I will say it is perfectly designed ever faar faar better than BB. Black berry is now a old stuff. no where standing.

its a very nice phone ... Its up to you how you can manage to make your phone more personal i mean you can change the setting or the shortcut keys for easy access ... That is why i love this phone ... Very user friendly and very easy and fun to navigate ... =)

nokia cervice centre are minting money even in sets which are two months old. the motive of company and service centre is not to satisfy customers rather mint money from thier customers

nokia service center are just for minting money, company is giving service centre franshise to unreputed firms and they are just minting money . no meanings for warranty and guarantee in nokia dictionary.
i just want higher authorities of company to realise this as maximum customer are now disliking nokia

i also had the same problem ... msg are not going out.. just call up customer care if you are still having the problem .. it is not the phone issue..

Brilliant phone, 6 months in and love it, great on the music, internet, phone book, contacts, and free maps. But if in life you feel you you need an "app" to tell you when you need to take a pee or something, get yourself the iphone (so long as you dont need to make calls!)

i read the review and all.....and i went for it.....but you know wad am actually regretting now!:(......for starters the build quality is horrible....i mean the main menu key at the top....its not even resting smugly(thats the least u would expect)....u can actually see the inside light tricling out...n da gaps are ominous....initial reaction ,disappointing!.....but i was ok wid that as long as it would perform well.....then the sucker punch!......it jus wont send any texts!!!for heavens sake thats one of the basic functions!........it receives texts!.....but whenever send a text....it says resending ....n after soemtime message sendign failed!.......seriously i feel like a total loser....i cant even text anyone!.....is there a METHOD TO THIS ABSURDNESS!???....is this a one off occurance???.....and can u guys please tell me wad the solution is....i would most probably takin it to a nokia service centre tomorrow.....but the experience has been bad.....btw this my forst nokia as i usually go for sonyeric!

The E72 is a worthy upgrade, I'd rather buy that, but if you have the E71 I don't think that the upgrade (from E71 - E72) is necessary. =)
