Apple learn something from Toyota.
Toyota is recalling more than 91000 Lexus in Japan because of engine defeat.
Apple stop blaming customers and don't try to teach us to hold our phone in the-right-way.

so the gsmarena blog proves in its tests that the iphone 4 proximity sensor is indeed very faulty....what else is about to be found wrong with this expensive con?! More work for apple to try and cover its flaws

Main disadvantages
- Hardware design is prone to reception issues - I agree
- MicroSIM card support only - I agree
- No Flash support in the web browser - In my opinion flash would be a disadvantage if it would be installed on an iPhone because flash on Safari is always crashing.
- No true multitasking for all applications - Yes, this is a really big disadvantages, the multitasking for iPhone 4 is really annoying
- FaceTime video calls work only over Wi-Fi - I agree
- No file transfer over Bluetooth or USB Mass Storage mode - iPhone don't need this
- No hardware shutter key for the camera - Come on...
- No FM radio - I agree
- No stereo speakers - I agree
- No microSD card slot - A
* No smart dialing
* Too dependent on iTunes for loading multimedia content
* Poor loudspeaker performance

I have a question about the battery... I got my iPhone 4 on launch day and the battery was my main concern, pretty much because when I updated my iPod Touch (3G) to iOS4 the battery went dead within 4 hours even if I didn't use it at all (this is with Push notifications turned off).
On my first charge, my iPhone 4 lasted 3 days and 9 hours on standby (with 5 hours and 20 minutes usage). The second time my iPhone 4 lasted 4 days and 12 hours standby (with 6 hours and 32 minutes usage). Both these times were with 3G and WiFi switched off. When I charged it lastnight, it stayed at 100% for 9 hours then I turned my WiFi and 3G on. Since my last charge, my iPhone has been going for 23 hours and 2 minutes and I have used it for 1 hour and 51 minutes and it's already down to 36% (keep in mind, 9 of those 23 hours I was not using it at all and it was still at 100% so basically my iPhone has went from 100% to 36% in 14 hours). I have Push Notifications turned off and haven't been using it all that much and it's gotten so low! Is this normal because personally I find it absolutely ridiculous! Why is the battery so bad?! I haven't left the house today so it's been connected to WiFi all day and wouldn't have used 3G since it cancels out when you're connected to WiFi. Seriously, what's wrong with my iPhone?! It's going the same way as my iPod Touch only it's lasting a little longer. Anyone been having similar problems? My iPhone contract lasts for 24 months and if the battery continues to be this bad then I won't be able to keep it. I need a phone that lasts! Is this supposed to be the way an iPhone battery goes because this is my first one?

Regarding iPod volume on the iPhone 4 to my 3gs..why does this review state that apple have upped the output?
My 3gs is considerably louder side by side with an iPhone 4s iPod output on tracks purchased by iTunes in both sets. Anyone else think the iPhone 4 is quieter?

its a cool phone for the people who dont care about:
- reception
- video call
- productivity
- dictated by other people who told them how to hold their phone.
after reading this review, i dont think iphone4 is a smartphone.
it is cool multimedia phone or fashion phone but not a smartphone.
it just like a ferrari but without ABS,ESC,airbag,power steering,traction control,ETC and the price is very high,but still peolpe value the looks and social status.
that goes for the ipad too.u can compare it with viliv x70 and see which one is better for work and productivity.
u want a smartphone,there are alot better option.
but if u want to gain high status because u holding an expensive phone with unexpensive feature but can be look cool for only the screen and play 3D games and have lot of apps buy ip4 u will never regret.
for the people do not know about smartphone they will adore ip4 owner.
for the people who know about smartphone terms they will laugh at it,because u just buy ur self a multimedia phone(with no flash & divx support)with a price of a laptop.thats cool.
the most expensive phone in the world is a toy.
but hey u will gain high social status with it.it is important to have a high social status today,more important than having a healty brain.
and im sure smart people only buy a smartphone.

who makes bunch of labels every year.. (Desire, Droid, N8, Galaxy wut ever) which fades away less than 6mnths.

when one or two years aho htc has launched hd2 it was a big suprise.... now iphone launched a mediocre phone that has FINALY multitasking, a bigger display, lack of signal, no flash support.....
What can i say.... a major fail..... HTC hd2 is a competitor of "iphone". But nobody say anything about hd2... why? because it's better or because it could be the same thing.... Iphone sucks.... i hope that "hackers" cand make a jailbreake to listen music from our pc... not to buy it....

Just from a guy which want a very good high-end device. Sure few people can prefer Nokia N8 or HTC Desire or SE X10... but say "iPhone 4 is shit" is just stupid and about all people which buy it too !!!

Yes, I'm very angry about iTunes, about stupid limitations (bluetooth, flashplayer, no ringchange(SMS now call is ok)....) but really why many people says "When you use an iPhone you don't want back for an other"... That's really impressive proof.
I will keep an eyes about SonyEricsson future with a big hope of nice models in the future (WinMo7, Symbian^3^4^5)but I will take the white version of iPhone4 which will be my first Apple product in my life.
That's a good things do not change every time OS. (example, I've a Satio(symbian) if I take a X10 that's Androïd and after a WinMo7 device..) because you must every time take your new app and learn again all the OS....
Finally, about photo/video, many iPhone4 test says this is very good even not "the best". Good performance :-) Yes, iPhone 4 has a crazy price but if people like and BUY iPhone, why Apple will down the price...
