Ah I have to add another plus point of Zylo:
The sound quality of the radio through headset is superb compared to Nokia Xpress music phones.Also having a very good radio station reception :) :)

I bought this Zylo phone last week. Previously i had a Nokia 5130 xpress music phone and i was a loyal Nokia fan ;)
This time i went for SE because thre are no eye-catching Nokia music phones in this price range.
Only Nokia X3 but it has many s/w bugs and SE does hv more features than Nokia.
Why I like this Zylo:
* Handy Design/Rich look
* Very fast internet access (HSPA)
* Large Screen
* Camera quality is Ok in day time
* Applications are very handy with high speed internet connectivity
(eg: Google maps,Track ID,....)
* Video calls
* Good battery backup
* Very attractive interface
* SMS threading
* Screen auto rotate
Some of Drawbacks:
* Music is loud enough through loudspeaker but defa SE cannot compete
with my previous 5130
* Front 2 menu keys are too small so sometimes bit uncomfortable
* Camera design is not nice.(Though its a 3.2 MP camera it has
designed like a VGA camera with No lens cover)
Summary:
For me Zylo is a great phone for the price despite the loudspeaker is not loud than my previous 5130.(but my 5130 had only that and other features suck.So dont think only about Music loudness via loudspeaker)But u cant find an attractive Nokia phone for this price range offering the features which Zylo has.
So i strongly recommend this phone.Go for it friends.

m in mysore. ibought zylo 1month back.. its speaker stopped workin in 15 days... now same slider problem.. can anybody tell is it worth to kp this cell 4 long as it is jst nt worth... atleast i thnk so...

I bought Sony Ericsson ZYLO (W-20) about 5 months back from delhi, but now it is useless for me, after some days I have face many problems like, bluetooth not working properly, navigation key are dead and after that slide open display is being black....
than I submit the phone to Sony Ericsson service center at Arjun Nagar (MOBILE SCIENCE
Shop. No. 2157/A, Guru Arjun Nagar, Opp. Satyam Cinema, Delhi-110008.)
Phone: 9311110607) but Non availabilities of accessories (parts) & phone did't repair and hold for One and Half months... & Again I submitted the phone to same service center on dated 21.01.2011. Now let see what happened........

after 20 to 25 days
but then on wen they repaired its workin fantastic
no probs for me
and dont say it rubbish
its very very gud

Hi guyz
first, i thought it was jus a normal music phone.
bt belive me guyz. huge screen flash interface, wonderful music clarity
GGaaashhh it was a bomb of wonders for tht price...!!!!
i hv used so many SE phones even upper hand ones like vivaz
bt this is compact user friendly and totally ROCKING..!!!
my recommendation GO FOR IT

sound quality are exellent in ear phone.you cant see the that clarity in other company of mobile.
