THAT IS BLASPHEMY!... and lets not forget that for every 10 iphones sold, at least 5 come back for warranty issues... How many galaxy s come back? about 5 in 20...
I would love to know where your getting your statistics from! Because actually working in the mobile industry tells a very different story.
With myself selling personally over 250 iPhones on contract I've had 3 come back for a warranty claim, 2 x microphone issues, 1 x camera app wouldnt load.
However the SGS is starting to produce some repeat offenders. Software issues, poor battery life, faulty displays, microphone and speaker dramas, the list continues.
And to top off, the antenna issue has been way way over critised. not ONE customer of mine has returned with any recpetion faults. not one!

Samsung will win in the tab category because they are willing to do what people want. give them a choice of size, colour, variety...

this table cost 950$!!! OMG , thats toooooooooo f...ng xpensive , for this kind of money i prefer to buy the new archos 10" wich have froyo preloaded and verry decent specs and verrry god price (350$ 16 gb model) and buy a samsung galaxy s on ebay unlocked for 500 $ , and im still saving some good money , the Success of this tablets depend of the price,and for this price... i dont think that sales like hotcake ... come on samsung dont be so greed , 600 $ its high price but resonable

Bunch on whingy so and so's...
Both products are UBER cool and both hold their own when it comes to user interface and ease of use.
Apple only has the one product when it comes to phones and now tab. compared to other phones who share a variety of different range handsets. and now apple is a household name, so everyone knows a good apple when they see one. their main fall out is that they are really only compatible with themselves because apple is too pretentious to play with the other kids in the park.
But the tab will hold its own with the camera, screen size is easy to hold and the thing doesnt weigh a house either. plus the application store for the androids is getting bigger.
in short. Apple = Pretentious sweater wearing guys who drive a porsche. Samsung = Jean and shirt wearing programmer who hacks apple guys account and takes all his money... Samsung win.

I'm getting irritated with this commenter -- i love apple.
I'm not buying a product because of its "LOGO" or "BRAND", but because of its functions. The TAB has it all. The IPAD has incomplete functions. No telephony, no camera, etc.
I get more irritated when this person said "too bad this product does not have the apple logo, its considered as a trash"
Well, lets face it. Apple's handsets are UBER EXPENSIVE because of that so called "apple logo".
And the result? other companies such as samsung, nokia, etc. are making their own handsets similar to apple's to allow other people to experience that handset.
For short, Apple's handsets are VERY expensive, so the other companies make their own handsets which are cheaper, and more better. result, They benefit more than apple.

Many apple fanboys here huh? Well. iPad only has a larger screen, that's all. But Samsung Tab has cheap price, and COMPLETE specs. Its ALL IN 1!

ipad is the best fone!!!! tab is the epic cheap copy why would u want a smaller screen for games abnd books??? bigger = do more. my uncle has ipad i can do lots of things like watch movie, i read about tab i am already bord!!!!!
