Surely the orange san francisco/zte blade (3.5" 800 x 480 OLED, 512Mb RAM, 600Mhz CPU ARMv6, android 2.1) selling for £99 blows the sony ericsson out of the water. Reports are that the blade is a pretty decent phone and about the cheapest android phone around.

What a boring underspecified phone. It's more suited to Tesco pay as you go users.

Is HTC Aria having a GPU? All the LG's listed have, that is why those phones can play some hard to procces games. And LG P500 has 512 MB of RAM, confirmed by Engadget.
