All of the hype last year about altek leo is now BS..lol. The still images are crap blurry POS. It may have ccd sensor, but mind you that ccd isnt all that good for still images, tho the video recording is better. No wonder they kept delaying it.
Camera phone? Nokia N8 is still the best hands down.

These Chinese manufacturers should at least release their Android-powered phones here in the Philippines. I'm already tired of people praising Nokia as the best brand. WTF!

what about Asus?
Toshiba?
Do you remember that Toshiba was the first to utilize a snapdragon processor and a 800X480 screen? I feel pitty for Toshiba for not succeeding inspite of their innovation...
Dell? the Hancock is the most promising device (from those of whom we already have heard about) - this is the device to have!

rynn , 18 Feb 2011such a normal Altek 1/2.3 sensor want to brag that it's the... morethe Leo's got a CCD sensor, the N8 has a CMOS sensor. I don't think you can really compare sensor sizes when they both use different sensors. Let's just wait until they actually release the phone until we pass judgement. I, for one, won't buy an N8, Symbian's caused me too many headaches already.

Viewsonic products are just OEM. Its a ripoff. Their viewpad 4 is just same as the Huawei U9000 IDEOS X6 and their 7" tablet is just the same as the Olive Pad. All OEM

I have heard people on GSMarena talk about Altek Leo 14MP like it was super device. The camera is horrible!! Even 8MP phones take batter photos. Camera was only thing keepin Altek Leo somewhat interesting. Now it's just a piece of trash.

Humble as Huawei may or may not be, I'd like to point out that when the almighty Symbian barfed up my SD card for no good reason and both itself and a PC were refusing to at least reformat it, a simple Huawei feature phone helpfully formatted it without even blinking. So there...

I like the iconia handset, very impressed with the spec and the screen, just what I have been looking for. Now we need to know if the price is OK.
The tablet looks good too, could be a viable replacement for the netbook, though in theory the phone could do that with that size screen :)

To #1
I have used Acer for several years and I have been extremely pleased with their products all the time.
Their announcements are looking very promising, especially the last one which combines successfully tablet with laptop, promising to offset most of the weak points of the present day tablets.
