please help me,since jun 12/13 my phone is displaying this notice: sorry! the application Samsung home(process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher)has stopped unexpectedly.Pls try again. under is a word "Force close" which I use to touch but nothing happens so I can't use it anymore.

M a user of galaxy ace for two months..according to price all are ok but there is a main problem ..... low space of internal memory. M trying many application from googly play to move applications to sd card but there are no result.it shows no movable application......if anyone there to solve the problem..... How I can move application to sd card ???
