Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 Review: Right on the mini

16 March 2011
Minis are supposed to be the cheaper, stripped down version of the bigger and superior gadgets. There’s a long list of bigger and superior siblings for the Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 to choose from but it has its own two feet to stand...

not a great device, it works too slow when connected to web.. also its processors size may be high but still it runs at a very low speed... finally u wont be satisfied with this device

Citing review: "The screen certainly could’ve been bigger" - I totaly disagree. Maybe U should look for a Tab? It is phone and should stay a phone. Don't forget that for the most part of time it will sit in your pocket. When phone is 100-110 mm in length and has no keyboard, i.e. screen streches from one coast to other and makes ~3" - it's enough for a phone.

i guess wave575 would be just as gud as this despite the fact that its os bada is relatively new...its potential is really huge....

                                Looks like a Corby smartphone.
The screen size/resolution is a big disapontiment though, even with the low price.

You'd be better off with HTC Wildfire imo.

Design is good. With the right pricing this could be the first smartphone for a lot of people, especially those who are more interested in using it as a 3G phone and the occasional app most of the time and not so much mobile web browsing (due to the smallish low-res screen). I just hope this device (as most of Samsung mobiles) have low SAR values. It's may not be a key selling point for many, but it is for me.

Looks so bad that onone would buy it.
And the screen resolution is tool low.
