It looks nice enough but I prefer my phone to have a simple effective user interface. HTC Sense used to be excellent but they have replaced simplicity with animations and features that aren't really worth anything.
Let's get back to simple, fast and efficient launchers.

dan md, 12 Apr 2011Looks does matter. While us tech geeks go for function over... moreHTC design is what attracted me to this brand, and I sell phones day in and out. I stayed for the performance factor. "Sleek" is a cliche design adjective these days but fits the bill. The materials used are premium, and feel silky in the hand. The contours are original and give each model personality.
But that's my style, I like elegance. If you like the hard lines, mineral trim and industrial matter of handsets like N8 and iPhone4, I would say that's a different animal in terms of personal taste.
So I would say your "two cents" are definitely on the opposite end of the spectrum to HTC's vision.

This will be my next contract Android phone i really dont like the other makers Samsung just feels cheap and LG would i really trust them with a phone.
Ok i have had it with people moaning about being able to take 3D pictures like thats a reason not to buy a phone also i cant stand all the fuss being made about dual core and how fast Samsung is. Could someone please tell me an application that really puts dual core to the test? Its what phone makers are telling us we need for a purpose that they dont really know yet.
I would like the sensation because it built well and its HTC i really like there phones running sense for me personally is the nicest skin on an Android and i like the idea of downloading films and watching them straight away and i am sure the onlive games will come soon.

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2011Does Apps to SD Card working for all market's item? Becaus... moreI think with Android, whether you can save an app to SD is dependent on the developer. I'm seeing more and more apps with move to SD options but it's not guaranteed is all I'm saying.

Does Apps to SD Card working for all market's item?
Because I heard that some of them cannot go to SD Card but to internal memory.
If that the case then I'm worrying about only 1GB ROM.
Anybody has a thought on that?

HTC phones camera quality (video/photo) is worst than Samsung, iPhone, Nokia or Sony Ericsson. Let's wait and see how it looks on HTC Sensation.

It looked excellent UNTIL...
From the GSMARENA Specs page;
Internal - 1 GB storage, 768 MB RAM
This is quite worrying...
The 3D EVO I'm sure has 4gb storage and 1gb ram...
It's the RAM side that's a bit worrying..
Usually the main cause of lag in phones...
As for the design...
No, it's not the most spectacular of designs - it's functional and sleek looking, yes, I think they could probably use more premium materials, or make it look akin to the Legend or something...
But it's fine! Who cares, as mostly they go in a case anyway...
Now I'm torn...
It looked good until the specs...
G2, or Evo 3D look like the ones vying for my attention!

dan md, 12 Apr 2011Looks does matter. While us tech geeks go for function over... moreYour two cents is worthless.
What kind of design do you want?!!
Some people are really absurd and hard to please.
Just go somewhere else if you don't like it!

Why all HTC phones look alike?
HTC battery is worst, I have to keep my phone attached to my laptop all the time. If no Android the HTC will die. HTC is making money purely on OS not on its hardware..
