15 August 2011
As far as Android phones are concerned, Samsung seems to have all the bases covered in the United States. From the Samsung Gravity SMART, all the way to the Galaxy S family of devices, there is a droid for every taste and budget. I'm more interested in the 4G'ness of this phone. With the capability of download speeds reaching 100Mbps, this is just amazing! I can still Skype even when the network is at it's worst 58Mbps.!!!!

Hi I´m a big fan of GSMARENA and i think they have the best reviews, but in this time I noticed that they recycled the review of the Samsung Gravity SMART, because I noticed this in the 9th page: "As a carrier branded device, the Samsung Gravity SMART comes with several preloaded apps which are worth noting" and they are talking about the EXHIBIT 4G... so I hope to fix that soon... and sorry for the bad english.

Someone has got to invent some plastic that feels expensive. I just roll my eyes every time I see "plastic feels cheap" under disadvantages in GSMArena reviews.

yet another Samsung product. They are going the way of Nokia. Too many devices, too much confusion, always leaving something out of a product. Go to a Samsung shop and their are too many mobile phones to choose from with little differentiation. Why buy a Samsung when the second hand value drops like a stone, unlike iphone. So the market is telling you where is the real value. And I refuse to use facebook. Far too dangerous.

So it does have AMOLED...I thought it was just regular LCD ala Sidekick 4G.

"Having such a capable display in a middle class device shows how far ahead of the competition Samsung is in the screen race."
That's probably the only exception. Low/mid-end phones from Samsung normaly have poor display, just compare the Galaxy 5 display with the Xperia X8 or an Nokia 5230 display.

And D1 recording is very decent considering that Samsung loves to put pathetic QVGA recording on all their phones except flagship.
