I'm the only one between my friends who has a SGW and it's killing me
it lags alot!!! It force closes app all the time!!! It sais SD card unexpectedly removed.. and the network just goes off most of the time
I really hate it.. gonna update to S3.. soon I hope

Does anyone know if the galaxy W is selling as a quad-band UMTS phone? In the Samsung Hong Kong website the specs show UMTS (850/900/1900/2100MHz); however in the Samsung UK it only shows UMTS (900/2100 MHz). Greeting, 06 Nov 2011Does anyone know... Does the Galaxy W have voice software t... moreAll Android Phones running Froyo (android 2.2) has voice search which functions similar to Siri. If you want a voice assistant app that talks back, there are a number of them available on the android market.
Personally i use Vlingo. Its easy to use and much more intuitive than the stock app found in android. Plus it doesn't have that annoying "talk-back" feature like Siri that makes me look like a dork talking to my phone.

Here in Indonesia, Galaxy W is priced for USD 326, unlocked, without contract. Exactly the same price as Xperia Neo. The Neo has 8MP autofocus & 720p HD with Exmor R sensor. Also the screen is Bravia Engine.

Saw one today priced about USD312. Very tempted to trade-in my crappy SE xperia X10. I think i'll wait for all those accessories (protective casing etc) and more user reviews to come out.

upgrade from SL to W, SL is absolute garbage compare to this phone..
Galaxy W is as smooth as butter out the box whereas SL lag like hell. Sound quality is also better IMO
love every bit of this phone.
