Htc sensation xl is cool hovever for the time pastaybe due to new innovation my htc xl shut down it will never power on amd even charge it.. I tried some tech to fix it but unfurtunately theres none who will try to do it and there are no available service center for it.

HTC have kept the design of the Sensation XL very clean but Hts sensation have only white colour so not good if we get same handset with black colour so thats Rocks the world so try to launch the black colour Hts sensation for htc fansssssssssss

My Sony Ericsson Xperia ray (1GHz, Adreno 205) scored better than this phone in NenaMark 2: 20.5fps. Even my friend's HTC ChaCha (800MHz, Adreno 200) got 18.4fps and this phone got only 11fps. Weird.

HTC Sensation XL holds something unique and best than ever, Unfortunately, the phone as per my view has more cons than pros.but Dont you think price is too high...

The specs are incorrect on 2 points.
- The other posters are right, this phone only has 8.8Gb of available storage out of the box. The reviewer has added in the 4Gb of application storage as user accessible, which it's really not.
- This phone is capable of 21Mbps HSDPA because i've had it downloading at 1917kbytes/sec - see screenshot here:

The audio output is better than the Galaxy S II, but the whole beats thing is a bit of a marketing furfy IMO - try plugging in some Sennheiser or Ultrasone DJ headphones and you will also get the "HTC Enhancer" profile which sounds a lot better than the beats one does. (for the included beats headphones, beats on is still better than beats off though)

I'd LOVE a phone that when you pull it out to use it someone says 'what the hell is THAT?!?!' (in a good way!)

Just shows the apathy of the market to them (and why they're losing traction fast)

Galaxy was 'okay' in the looks...
GS2 nice and slim and amazing screen...
The third version needs to scream PREMIUM..
SonyE have the right idea... Arc is a great looking phone.. it's just a shame it has 1989 specs!
Fingers crossed 2012 sees the fall of the rectangular boring handset and something a bit more imaginative!

its really getting boring nowdays samsung galaxy sequals htc sensation sequals lg optimus sequals its all same there were good old times nokia had n series e series different form factor sony had cybershots walkmans it was fun but nowdays its ultra boring

The review seems to fail to mention that this phone's camera uses wide angle f2.2 len with BSI Sensor, that's why the photos come out looking quite well
