I actually love this phone. Only problem though is the battery life but I guess that's a Blackberry thing.

I have a Blackberry Torch, it feel solid & premium in your hand. But the Software is rubbish, lag so much and so many bugs...
I have HTC Desire HD, which is far more superior than the BB for the same price range. Right now i still hav a BB cos, i live in indonesia. Most of people here comunicate using BBM.

I have been using this phone for about a week and so far it's been fantastic. The touch keyboard is excellent in landscape mode and yes, it require extra care in potrait mode. The battery will last for..almost right with the prediction of GSMarena. For daily usage, I can take it from my charger early in the morning and it will last until noon the day after. The response of the application is also quite savvy.
On the form factor, it's light, thin and almost feel nothing when you put it in your pocket. Although sometime due to its light and glossy back cover, sometime it feels slippery.
The drawback of this BB is the dimming screen. When the light start to dim off but not completely then we press another button, then it screen light will go very bright and soften again. Beside, the accelerator take sometime to rotate the screen.
Other than those issues, I'm very pleased with this phone. Using the touch keyboard compare to keyboard in Onyx 1, I feel this 'touch' is effortless and I can type even more faster.
Note : I have upgrade the OS into 7.0.0.557.

BB in my country indonesia still number one.even as an indonesian i dont know why.i think BB is not a smartphone.it just a crap phone with BBM..more of that.it just same as normal phone in 1997.:D

BB needs to change its strategy. The phone is of no use if it doesn't have BIS.

awfully positive review for a BB device, considering we get every 3 out of 4 sold BB back within 6 months, mostly software issues
