I'm currently using htc desire s and i like it. But all this hype about windows making me want to buy a wp as a secondary phone. I think, amoled is a must with those wp black theme. So, omnia w for me. Although i felt a little loss with those nokia drive & maps.

Still could not understand the pricing tactics of Nokia. Lumia 710 and Lumia 800 have same h/w, completely identical. except for 8Mp cam and AMOLED screen. now look at the price difference..
at the same time , Samsung Omnia W and Lumia 800 have no difference except for 8Mp cam. again hefty price difference.
Lumia 710 < Samsung Omnia W < Lumia 800.
all the three mobiles have identical CPU/GPU, screen is changed and Cam is changed. yet the pricing difference. So to me SAMSUNG seems to have a fair pricing for the specifications than nokia.
Is nokia fooling buyers??

Omnia W is better if we talk just about specs. Still I choose Lumia 710 for two important reasons: 1) It's very beautiful in white skin. Omnia W doesn't look good at all. 2) Lumia is about 70 euros cheaper, at least in Finland.

Clear for me. I choose Nokia 710 over Omnia W. Reasons why:
- ClearBlack display with NO PENTILE
- Personal design
- It's Nokia
- Call quality
And yes, I've tested these both devices. Thanks for the review GSM-Arena and greetings from Finland! :-)

seems to me like the Radar's camera, though terrible on "detail", gave the best colour reproduction i've ever seen in cameras... if only the picture detail was better... zoomed in, its obvious there is no 'fine detail'... the colours are as true and life-like as they would've been in reality - perfect - except for the low detail... too bad... really really really good colour reproduction!
Omnia's had a bit of yellow hue in it... yellow tints give 'life' to the images so thats a mild advantage... its obvious its yellow when you see the b&w pic where the image looks more like sepia than b&w! and though the picture quality looks superb and much better than Radar, the extra yellow tinge reduces the detail when it comes to reproducing 'light' colours - though its very obvious only when zoomed in...
Lumia's seemed to have either a bit of green/blue tinge to it - or some gray fuzz.. cant make up my mind... but as far as raw detailing is concerned, its the best and differentiates between the lightest of lighty light hues (colours) excellently! picture detailing is pretty good too. but the images lack life due to the green/blue tinge (or fuzz or watever it is) and seem to be dull and boring and uninspiring... though at a zoomed in level its obviously the best as far as detail is concerned, lack of "life" in a picture will discourage users from using the camera too much... so, disappointment there...
ON THE WHOLE, i'd say Omnia's is the most balanced of cameras and perfect for day-to-day use... its only where b&w pics are concerned that the Omnia fails obviously - but personally it shouldn't be a deal breaker there, unless you're an avid b&w shooter - in which case perfect b&w (and any other colour) reproduction is available in the Radar (though with bad image detail) and decent b&w (and any other colour) reproduction is available in the Lumia (with much better image detail)...
