RidingTheFlow, 09 May 2012I believe you are confused AT&T One X with "intern... moreNope, I'm not confusing the international version with the AT&T one. You need to check the latest battery tests. Check Anandtech's battery test that they just released about a week ago. The AT&T version does better in web browsing (#2) but the international version beats the AT&T version in some tests. It is #1 as a wifi hotspot and #2 as for talk time in a huge roundup of phones. Either way, you're going to get near class leading battery life with either phone. Just wanted to disprove that guy's point about the One X battery life being "meh" when post firmware updates, it's one of the best.

Is GPS performance with GLONASS substantially better in comparison to Galaxy S II? Besides this also impatiently awaiting the battery test! GSM ARENA, keep on the good work! Best smartphone web page by a mile!

I see that people are unnecessarily bashing S3 for no reason at all.
1)Agree that it is not the best looking but definitely not ugly.
2)As stated in the preview we still don't know details about its gpu. It's not the same as in S2.
            3) There is complain about only 8mp camera. But look they are providing a better snapper in terms of features and quality.
            4) Overall, the feel of device seems to be good. The UI looks cooler and has useful gesture controls. In addition, a lot of ' brag about' features as well.
Seems to be worth an upgrade over S2 and definitely better than its competitors.

I don't want to bad mouth the screen size - I guess I am a bit appalled to the fact that all the "latest and greatest" technologies are included in the larger screened phones while the 3.5-4+ inch screens seem to get no attention from the bigger manufacturers - again, no apple fan, but amazing what they've done while keeping the "smartPHONE" primarily "PHONE" size

That way it would would not only barely have been wider but if at least thinner and would be less of an issue in hand.

Wish samsung took not of some of the mock ups:

The device size compared to screen size is not that amazing. Once you have a huge device you have lost of space inside anyway so you can have the screen closer to the sides.

Real talent in space utilisation is putting lots of functionality into a convenient sized phones (like those available 3 or 4 years ago as opposed to those available in 1990 or 2012).

Keeping this short as this site just keeps removing comments that contradict their opinion.

Great phone and great review hands down ... however I find it odd that no mention was made of what i think is it's monstrosity sized outer shell - 136x69 is it?? Is it just me that thinks this is no longer a practical PHONE ??!! Is it just me that doesn't want to carry a tablet in their pocket but still wants to have access to the latest and greatest in smartphone technology?! The size of this phone breaks the deal for me, regretfully I was looking forward to its release :-( (and by no means do i have small hands, hence that's not the issue)

It's becoming an eyesore to read negative comments about the design of the SIII and One X, Xperia is better than this and that... Yes the design is not the best there is but feature-wise, does the One X/S or Xperia stands out to the SIII's software innovations like the Smart Stay, eye-tracking device, S-voice and all-share? I say hell no. Xperias might be good-looking or One X/S might also be monstrous in terms of specs, but in terms of the interface and features of these phones, still the same, old sh*t. I'm not upgrading my SII just because I want a good-looking phone, but I want a device upgraded in every aspect of the phone itself, which includes FEATURES. I'd rather be bored with the exterior design than be bored with the same old features.

This is sure Samsung will not rule the worls again with s3, its better to be back to making washing machines or ac making. Very pathetic design of their latest device !! HTC one x rules the world thts for sure !!
