gs, 04 Aug 2012HTC Desire is good for comparing exposure accuracy.Me too no issues with this phone and internet loads relatively speedy. The screen is not too bad and can see it outdoors. The build is good battery is decent with moderate usage. There is some lag but not so bad that it's unusable. For everyday tasks it works decently. Typing on the keyboard is pleasant and fast too. Itperforms better than the specs suggest

How you can consider it to have 'scored quite well' in the audio test is beyond me, when it cut off such a significant portion of the lower frequency range.
Especially at this price point, it's mainly going to be listened to by cheaper consumers, which these days love bass.

Also isn't brightness one of the better things about this mobile phone, which would be needed if you are looking for an excellent outdoor experience. I'd go with a different Screen technology if I were you. Either the Nova display seen on LG telephones, or the AMOLED seen (mostly) on samsungs.

Hi phone is what you expect for low end, but saying that it has more memory for apps than the wildfire s and with ics you can disable stock apps you don't use for example you tube, google play book..why keep updating if you dont use
my only concern was that when it gets dark the keyboard did not light up, was advised by operator they don't its a budget phone, this review says otherwise, HTC also agree with this report shall be taking this up with operator again.
But all in all very satisfied....

I read so many comments regarding 600MHz Processor. I'm using this phone for past 10days. I use this phone as a backup device. I dont make calls too much and its connected to Internet 24/7. I'm getting excellent battery backup for this little droid. 3days 11hrs 59mins and still 67% left. What else you need. Is this really an android device ? I doubt that.

Would rather go with funky xperia U than this crap! it won't get no updates anytime any year but Sony's U will get 4.1 as it is gonna get 4.0.4! because 4.1 is not major but minor update regarding performance (for those who doubt this comment)

I am still using the Galaxy Spica i5700, what a great phone that still is. Battery lives longer than all new phones I've tried, hence I went back to using the good ole Spica. Now the C here with 600mHz proc, will it be faster than the Spicas 800 mHz proc and will the battery life be as good?
