I just wished that there was a Note or Note-like device for WP8, so that I could decide now what I really want.
A note-like device running WP8 could pack OneNote in a fully desktop compatible version... that would be awesome and probably win me over to the WP-camp.
And it seems the dual-core S4s are packing a lot of power, not to mention the 4 core versions.
So I don't think the exynos chip would be missed if someone other than Smasung decided to make it happen.
I'm also afraid that the Note II will break easily. I was really hoping for that new flexible corning glass like the rumours said.
And the price is a bit steap as well... it will probably go down pretty soon after it landing on the shelfs, though. I can easily afford it, but for a device I will only use for maximum two years, and that might break long before that, it seems wastefull.

Senthil , 06 Sep 2012Samsung has not claimed anything about the screen and it ju... moreits not a regular RGB matrix which LG have in their IPS LCD panels... its a lil bit different than pureRGB stripes... its arrangement is blue stripe in between red n green stripe but have these 3 subpixel on an individual pixel unlike pentile panels which had red-green n blue-green subpixels, one of each on individual pixel, reducing sharpness on screen... the display of S3 n note follow pentile arrangement while note 2 follows irregular RGB arrangemnent but better than pentile's while superamoled plus of S2 n IPS-LCD of lg has regular RGB arrangements... therefore the note 2 has superamoled display, not superamoled plus display but still uses RGB stripes rather than pentile matrix...

the Galaxy Note II is using AMOLED pattern similar to Ingis HR pixel structure :

Why nobody says that Samsung made a revolution with releasing a device that's a touchscreen phone but had a stylus with it and can do almost whatever does any tablet around.
I love using by Note and will get Note 2 when the price for it drops a little. Will love that quad core A9 processor, though never had problems with smooth usage of my Note. :)
