i bought this phone because of the hdr video recording option you guys claim it has.
i hasn't. how can you guys make such a mistake and even showing video clip comparison to it?????

Replaced a cracked Nexus4 with this and love it. Last longer and surprised at how good the CPU/GPU is compared to my Nexus.
The only downsides are, only 1GB of RAM (what do you expect for the price), camera isn't good (metering/AWB hardly get's it right), and only 4.1. Oh and browser crashes sometimes, much more often than the Nexus.
Anyways, nice phone and good review as always.

well nice phone. very poor battery life. and mine over heats. so not sure whats going on. not the usual sony standard.
great phone if better battery, and dont over heat

Gsmarena claims that this phone is big and not practical due to its size and weight. Trust me they don't have a clue about what they're saying! This phone is perfect in my hands, in fact I find it much comfortable to use and play with then the Xperia S and T.
I am an xperia p user, so I prefer small sizes. However, I was worried that the size would annoy me, but surprisingly the device fits very well. The weight makes it feel more decent and not like a cheap toy. This phone is excellent, and with the latest update the phone has zero issues! I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

guyzzz if ur budzet. 20-25 so u should take this one
its comes with flap cover
and 2330 mah battery

My first and last Sony smartphone. The camera is awful, the sound is far too quiet and the Walkman is a disgrace. It jumps constantly and stops randomly for no apparent reason. Very annoying. An internet search shows that I'm not the only one. I should have went with my gut instinct and went for the Lumia. C'mon Sony... Release the updates to correct these problems!

Do this phone have hdr mode in video recording and continuous autofocus in video mode? is it a best choise after using lumia 720 and sgs advance????

this phone is just INCREDIBLE its both CPU and GPU performance rocks; even better than some quads and big names. I was searching for s.th like this and I'm glad to find this phone the only con is it's photo taking quality :(

I am planning to buy the Xperia SP soon.I have read reviews all over the internet and in this forum and one huge turn off for this phone is the loudness of the speaker.If the ringing volume is low and I cant pick it up in noisy environments...it beats the whole purpose of buying this phone even though Sony is worldwide Leader in Audio Quality...
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT DECIDING FACTOR WHILE BUYING THIS PHONE....
So please let me know ( IF POSSIBLE through a small video clip a sound test of the speaker when ringing and while video playback) if the loudspeaker is ringing loud enough to pick up a call..
Also let me know if the in call volume from both sides is loud enough when on the road both thru normal and Bluetooth headset.
I know this is too much to ask but since I cannot get my hands on a Xperia SP and check it for myself...Please try helping me by being my eyes and ears
My heart is set on this phone and none other..so please help me.
