The Q10 is a super little phone- goes in my pocket, doesn't eat the battery, and is very easy to use, even in direct sunlight. The keyboard is a delight after my Android brick and the whole thing has a quality, well thought out feel about it. If you primarily just want to make calls, send texts and e-mails with the odd look-up on Google then this might just be for you- I got a new one in white for £70 and a genuine BB flip case for £2-50! What's not to like?

climanz, 12 Oct 2015if you want your blackberry q10 run smoothly in the android... moreThanks for the info climanz. The one I received has the Qualcomm chip and seems to be working fine. Also, according to the review and specs on this website the 100-1 does not have 4G LTE ability, but mine had it right out of the box. Just slipped my T-Mobile sim card in it and it was showing LTE. Happy about that. Still trying to figure out if it has Wi-Fi calling though...

if you want your blackberry q10 run smoothly in the android operating you should choose Snapdragon S4 chipset, because my experience chipset Texas Instruments (TI OMAP 4470) a lot of android application that can not walk, is just information based on the experience that I have experienced. Thank you

I know I'm little late getting to the table on this one, but I just ordered a Q10 in white from Target. They have them for a good price right now. I had one previously, but felt the need to "move up" to an android phone and ended sorely missing the tactile keyboard. Here's my question/concern: according to the spec sheet provided on this web site, there are two variations of CPU's used in the Q10; the Snapdragon and the Cortex. First, I'd like to know if that is accurate and secondly, I'd like to know if the different chips provide widely varying performance. Thanks!!

Hello guys, currently i have q10 on sqn 100-3 model. Recently I just update to the official os update 2941 OTA. After upgrading it, i notice that my proximity sensor seems odd. When having a phone call it doesn't turn my screen off so i need to puss the power to make the screen off to avoid unwanted touch, but however in virtual expert, my proximity sensor passed perfectly with near and far detected.
I don't know how to fix it, does anyone ever experienced it? Hope for any feedback.
Thank you
