zarny, 15 Aug 2013where does it say that it has support for aptX? You can see it listed on CSR's website http://www.csr.com/samsung-galaxy-tab-3-8-inch and also if you see an unboxing video where they show the box you will see the APT-X logo on the back.

URGENT ENQUIRY PLS
The review of samsung tab 3 8.0 shows that it has micro-sim support.
I just added it to my cart on amazon and made some inquiries but datavision said that its a wifi-only device.
Pls how can i get one with micro-sim support pls????

Why isn't anyone anywhere mentioning that GT3 8.0 has support for CSR's APT-X bluetooth codec. This is a huge plus for me and I guess for others as well who might want to use the tablet as a media/music player. I haven't found a single site yet to mention this feature which for me is very important. I'm buying this over the Nexus 7 2 just because of it's support for aptx.

Why samsung can not invent its own thing?
See the UI, multi window is the UBUNTU PHONE UI Idea.
Can one day Samsung sit and give something new something that they didnt copy from others?
they need to be unique, they need to pick their own style.

However, I tried both the S3/S4 11-pin adapter and S2 5-pin adapter and neither worked (They did work on an S3 and S2 respectively, so it wasn't the adapters).

Wish samsung can produce new Tab 7.7 with stylus pen.....super amoled screen....faster processor.....13 mega pixel camera with flash....android 4.2 version...and LTE support...IR and bluetooh support....

AnonD-114717, 04 Jul 2013Dude you'll get a way better tablet in the name of nexus 7.... morenexus 7 is good for some but i dont like it... it does not have gsm support... lacks codec support... has fixed 8/16 gb of storage which is much less for me n the biggest thing z i dont like its design which has big bezels n is much thicker compared to tab 3 8.0
i dont care for quad core or octa core as my old S2 kills S4 in some of the task so it doesnt matter whether it has dual core or quad core until it runs perfectly... those benchmark scores have never impressed me... i found all these scores as gimmics...

Believe it or not, but their are some people from where I live that use 7-8 inch tabs as a primary phone. They don't seem to mind.

But if one should insist in purchasing one to have a tab and phone functions in one device, then the issue can be easily solved by getting a STEREO BLUETOOTH HEADSET.
