"More importantly it matches the Nokia Lumia 1020, which also has a 6-element lens – it has the recognizable ZEISS brand name, but its aperture is F/2.2."
When we're talking about lenses this small, elements or even the ZEISS brand don't mean much. Just look at dpreview's review on the Lumia 1020's lens and how its sharpness goes down from the center toward the edges.

pretty cool phone . . never saw a rotating camera on a phone since the samsung v200 for 8 years . . i've always wondered what happened to the technology since i thought it was brilliant, sure it's a lot of design hours needed to work with moving parts on a phone . . but it sure sounds better than having a lower quality front facing camera . .
but the thing i like best would be the O-click . . because i always either lose my phone or my key . . losing my phone is easy, i could just borrow a phone and call it, but losing my key sets me back an hour to any appointments because i have to search the whole house and retrace my footsteps to the time i last remembered seeing it . . .
