i benchmarked a note 3 demo which came to our shop which obviously didn't have the benchmarking overclock system added in and it got 26,000 on antutu and 45fps on epic citadel. It's basically the same as the S4 without the trickery.

Hi GSMArena, would you know if the Note 3 uses a Wolfson audio chip? I'm just curious although the audio quality base on the review is very solid. Thanks!

this phone is awesome specially the new features of s pen... and the fun even doubles by using this phone with the Samsung galaxy gear...

Today I was late to a meeting and had no pen and paper. I just grabbed my GN3 and started taking notes free-hand. I used to have the NOTE1 and loved it the speed and ease is so much better with the GN3 and also the hand writing is incredible. One can really takes notes in a meeting with confidence after the meeting the woman next to me was commenting on how she saw me writing and the device just converting in real time she was dead impressed.
I know the NOTE is not for everyone but I am really glad that I got it. I find it so strange that nobody had yet made a real go of challenging the NOTE series with regards to Stylus input. I think that is the only way that it can be beaten.

However it is highly unlikely a Note 3 or 4 or 5 or whatever will ever be able to replace a notebook. I still see these units as more as a choice than a need. Whilst I have a note 2, and enjoy the camera convenience, it is not a startling device. I have also used the Note 3 and will not get it as there is no material advantage in spending the extra monies. The good thing about Samsung is that you can easily skip a model, like if you have an SIII why bother to buy a SIV, if you have a Note 2, why bother to buy a Note 3. In fact if you have a SII, you should keep it and not bother to upgrade just yet until prices come down and there is really useful, efficient and productive software.

I work for a phone network shop and none of our notes benchmark anywhere near the results here. interestingly it underperforms in epic citadel probably because it's labelled as a game in the app store and so doesnt feature on the phones list of benchmark apps to overclock the performance on (like with the S4).

i dont know whether the gsmarena knows it or deliberately omit the fact about video preview functionality on the note3. it already exist on alcatel devices such as the scribe hd which is nice btw. give credit where credit due.
